I visited on 11/02/2019 at 10:00 right at the entrance I saw a small room very dimly lit and in it a huge crowd of people in which, in most cases, elderly and very elderly visitors are dark there is no air everything is packed to the eyeballs the air is stale and only 2 operators work!! I took a queue directly at the entrance, it is impossible to go further! After standing for 45 minutes, 3 visitors were served during this time! I left without solving the problems!! IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOCK PEOPLE LIKE THAT????? The call center is constantly busy!!
