It's a great place, we spent 4 days in a 10-bed house, but one room with one bed and no air conditioning, can not be considered a room. and so everything is fine, clean, always cleaned, the linen is clean, it smells delicious, disposable slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste too 👍 the breakfasts are delicious, there is enough for every taste, you will not stay hungry. 😉 the staff are all responsive, hospitable 👍 I recommend it!

A wonderful recreation area for a quiet family holiday , two small pools , there were no rooms. Comfortable gazebos for large companies , as well as sofas and tables .The kitchen is delicious, the prices are slightly above average, but by renting a gazebo, you can take something with you.

The price does not correspond to the quality at all. We had a rest with our family, firstly, we had to call 10 times to bring dishes to the cottage, the staff works as they please. The door does not close to the cottage, the air conditioners on the second floor do not work at all, the child had to sleep in the stuffiness. For the amount that we pay, I think it would be reasonable to count breakfast for all guests, and not like that (who managed to eat it), I had to eat bread with sausage (which actually could have been eaten at home) and not go to the restaurant, pay attention to your staff, the condition of the cottages, but first of all, the kitchen and the service, you have zero. It was the first time, and we definitely won't go a second time. Taking a room with a view of Charvak was the best solution! The room is stylish and beautiful, the views are amazing. The area is very pleasant, but there is not much to do.
When we checked in, there was no light for 4 hours. No one apologized or offered compensation.
It's noisy outside the construction site. But you can't hear in the rooms, if not the cottage.
The playground is very tired and unsafe. We drew the attention of the staff-there was zero reaction.
The "winter" site is closed and it has not been offered to open. And we chose the hotel, just so that the child would have a place to play.
The claimed hammock is broken, it has been removed.
The staff is not friendly. They swear in front of guests. Room cleaning is available on request.
And the hot water from the shower flows in a thin trickle.
The breakfast is not bad, but there are no juices and instant coffee.
The price and quality do not match. They did it beautifully, but it didn't work out to maintain the level:(

There are many disadvantages.
There is no entertainment program. There was no animation. The playground is very sad, my children refused to play there (the room is dark, not cozy, shabby) For the fight of dishes 100t. one glass!!! And this is not written anywhere in the menu. The rooms are small. The food is expensive. There are not enough towels. Towels are provided for the pool for two days! otherwise, you will have to wait until the washed ones dry after the previous guests have been evicted. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Two umbrellas for one pool and two umbrellas for the entire terrace.
There is no entertainment program. On the first day after checking in, we came to the restaurant with the children for lunch, decided to sit inside, where there is air conditioning (it's still SUMMER outside). We were told that the seats were all booked! Although all the tables were empty, which I pointed out to the staff, but they replied to me, "that the guests who arrived a day earlier than us had booked these places for lunch in the air-conditioned hall and we cannot refuse them." How do you even understand this, but are we not guests?!
In general, the price of this hotel is too high. There are other hotels with the best service, and with the best territory at the same price.

No entertainment except the pool. A lot of people come just to the trestle beds. The breakfasts are dull and not tasty. The playground is all tattered and old. However, I was very pleased. We lived in a new three-storey building right in front of the pool. On the upper floors overlooking the Chovrak reservoir. Very spacious room, very nice view, comfortable beds (slightly hard), lovely shower.
Very courteous staff, helpful, friendly. There is everything on the territory and even more than necessary.
A delicious restaurant, a more or less adequate breakfast, although it could have been made a little tastier and more varied. The autumn restaurant is decent, the food is good.
The only thing is that for such money (and still for ~ 12,000 rubles a day, breakfasts could be made more interesting, and it is also too expensive in this place.
From entertainment, you can go to the reservoir 15,000 soums per person for admission to a good beach.
The pool on the territory is cold, as the area is still mountainous, but an incredibly beautiful place.
There are several shops down to the water and upstairs.

We were in the house of Baku (4 people) from October 25 to 29. We confirmed the reservation several times in advance, and when we arrived, it turned out that the manager forgot to book a house for us. And there was already another reservation for our house. Instead of resting after a long journey, we did not deal with our own mistake and persuaded them to leave us in the house, since we arrived late and there was no strength to look for another hotel. Upon arrival, we were warned that there was a line going on near our house (the manager said that it was already being completed, finishing work was underway inside, working from 8 to 8 pm) in reality, a full-fledged construction was underway, heavy machinery was working, concrete was being poured, piles were being driven in..it started at 6.30 am and finished once at half past midnight. And all this is under the windows, the noise is like being hit on the head. On another day there was no light for almost 5 hours, since the house is heated by air conditioning, it quickly cooled down. It became very cold. The territory itself and the views of the chervak are beautiful, the house is comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, the lunch sets are also (but drinks and bread are not included there) you need to buy, and the restaurant has a very expensive price tag, like a restaurant with a Michelin star))) one stick of barbecue is about 90 thousand sums. There is a sauna, 1.5 hours a day for free, very good.
