The biggest disadvantage is the room service. In a good way, room service should be 24/7. Here, in principle, there is no reception. In the administration room, we were offered to take the mobile numbers of the staff so that we could call them
But the problem is that all these people are often unavailable and do not pick up the phone 🤦🏻♀️
The second disadvantage is that there is a huge construction site right next to the border of the hotel. Fine concrete dust was everywhere in the air and it was very difficult to breathe

An amazingly beautiful and peaceful place to relax. The beauty of the park itself and the surrounding landscape make it possible to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view from the rooms is fabulously beautiful. It would be great if we could improve the service a little.

To put it mildly, I was surprised by the service. The waiter who was assigned to us was incredibly attentive and polite. The dinner was just great, very tasty and the portions were decent. It is advisable to book a table in advance, of course. The territory, although small, is green, it's nice to sit and relax in the evening. Let's go again.

I've never written reviews, but I really want to do it here. I give 2 stars only for the beautiful view and a fairly new room.
We had a rest from July 6th to 8th.
The whole impression was ruined:
1. Absolutely expensive and tasteless food, with the exception, perhaps, of kharcho. But this is not soup, it looks more like hot, because there is practically no broth in this dish.
2. Breakfasts are very scarce, do not look at the picture on Instagram, everything is beautiful there, in fact there is practically no choice. Tea with lemon, coffee for a fee))Have you ever seen such a thing?for such a price, I think it's just a disgrace.
3. You a priori include 20% of the service fee in the restaurant bill. This is a lot, despite the fact that, as I wrote above, the cost of these tasteless dishes is very high. Also be careful, our friends had 40% in the bill, not 20%. The girl at the reception was counting with a very dissatisfied look. Perhaps they have such pricing for service due to the fact that a waiter is attached to you. By the way, I can't say anything bad about our waiter's work at all, he's a good, responsive guy.
4. The water in the pool is icy, there is no heating in it. Again, you usually encounter this in the country, but not in such a place.
In general, I do not recommend going there.

During the trip to Uzbekistan, we stopped at Charvak. I can definitely recommend Crocus Park. Parking spaces, 2 swimming pools. There are many gazebos, a chic restaurant, delicious breakfasts. Come here to relax and you will not be disappointed. Thanks to the staff for their work and the comfort they create for us!

A great place, beautiful, not bad service, well fed, but the food is brought for a very long time and most often cooled down, unfortunately there is no Barista, so delicious coffee is also unlikely, without alcoholic cocktails and all sorts of milk shakes, it is also not worth waiting for something decent. In general, it's not bad, but the allocation of one responsible waiter to several groups of guests, as a so-so solution, the guys just don't have time. There is also no internal communication system, which prevents the maintenance staff from working more efficiently.

I didn't think that I would ever write about Crocus in a negative way, but this is the only way I can make and motivate my favorite vacation spot in the past to raise the quality of my service.
The guys have definitely worked on expansion and attraction this year, opening a new hotel and restaurant on site, but they completely forgot about customer retention.
Because having arrived here this year from January 2-5, we were dissatisfied with the service on the very first day.
Firstly, half of the staff is outstaffed, that is, they were hired only for a couple of weeks for a busy period - they don't know anything and neither do I speak Russian.
Secondly, on the territory of 2 restaurants, out of habit, we agreed to go to an old restaurant for dinner, where, as it turned out, there was no New Year's program. And we sat and listened to the guys in the next room annealing. The staff didn't even warn about it.
Thirdly, two men were sitting in this very restaurant, as it turned out, the owners of the establishment and fried meat right at the table without a hood and we sniffed their smoke.
Fourth, the next morning we went to tomorrow. I'll skip the fact that we waited for the default breakfast for about 40 minutes. I ordered regular instant coffee three times. Guess what? They never brought it to me))
In general, guys, work on your service, bandwidth and customer retention, not just attraction.

Our planned New Year's holiday was ruined. We booked a suite for 2 days. We discussed everything with the administrator on the phone. That evening, we took tickets from another city for these views. Bottom line: a day later, the administrator decided to "clarify" that in addition to the cost of accommodation, it is necessary to pay for meals for 2 days in addition to breakfasts (for a minute 34t.r) and meals that we do not need and do not suit us. To our indignation, why we would find out about the mandatory conditions a day later and it was not written anywhere, the administrator replied, "I see. Are we withdrawing the reservation?" Is this a service that corresponds to this hotel for this money?! We planned this vacation and waited for it. As a result, instead of a normal solution to the issue, we faced a negligent attitude towards customers and an absolute lack of customer orientation. We have many friends in Tashkent, to whom we definitely will not recommend this place.

Great location, territory, wonderful views. I recommend the house "Ukraine", designed for a large company with a private pool. A separate bow to the bartenders (watermelon and melon cocktails have sunk into the soul). The kitchen is on top, kebabs and salad with crispy eggplant are just fire!
We spent a long time choosing where to relax. In the end, we chose Crocus Park and did not regret it, the vacation was a success! August 2021

We have been visiting this mountain recreation complex for a long time. Favorite cottage #3 after renovation and renovation, it has become even more cozy but expensive.
