The paint falls off on the chairs and sticks to the hands. The napkins are very wrinkled and deformed, as if they have been since the restaurant opened. And this is a restaurant that has 5 stars

They asked for salt and pepper a couple of times, while the steak was cold, the cake for dessert was delicious, but they asked for tea and cola, they brought it in 10-15 minutes.
In general, the place is very beautiful, and the service and cuisine leave much to be desired.
