An excellent master, he told me everything. I did ultrasonic cleaning of a gold ring with precious stones. The result is excellent, the ring is as good as new. And the best part is that it was done within 15 minutes. Although in other workshops it is necessary to leave the product for a day or two.
I recommend it!
What a nice master. I would have given him 1,000 stars. There was a problem with the fastener. I took the earring right away, did it quickly in a couple of seconds, and didn't even take the payment. I happily thanked him and left, it was even embarrassing that I did everything for free, a master of my craft. I wish you well and more such workers!
I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back again! There was a woman standing in front of me, so they gave her such a detailed consultation, so be sure to come. The service is the best!
Many thanks to the master, he has golden hands. I fixed a bracelet that was refused to be repaired in another workshop. And the price tag is great too. I recommend it!
I asked for advice about antique jewelry. I received a very qualified answer to all questions from Master Alexey. I express my gratitude to him. And in the "Enchantress", the jeweler not only could not even approximately identify the stones, he does not even know what 56-grade gold is.
Terribly, clumsily, they do it for a long time and expensively.
I applied to the KROZA workshop to shorten the bracelet, first they removed two pearls (the work was done perfectly), but the bracelet still turned out to be large, the next time I asked again to remove another pearl - thereby shortening the bracelet. The result is sad (they probably steamed up to do the same thing) the pearl was removed, but the view was terrible – all the pearls were dangling on a rope, there was a significant distance between the pearls, gaps. When asked if the masters shortened the wire itself when they removed the pearl, the masters said that they shortened it, and they would not be able to cut the rope anymore, since the bracelet would not fasten on the arm, they considered this kind acceptable. I paid money for this terrible clumsy job. The look of the bracelet was creepy, there were large gaps between the pearls, it was impossible to wear such a thing. I went to another workshop to check if it was really impossible to shorten the bracelet, there they shortened the rope for me and the bracelet got a great look, without notches and gaps (as they did in this workshop and told me that it should be so). As a result, the KROZA workshop refused to return the money for their clumsy, terrible work, and offered to fix everything under warranty. Masters - what are you going to fix if you said that what you did with the bracelet was as it should be, the rope was shortened as much as possible and we won't be able to do it anymore. Are you going to return everything to its original state for me? No...I don't need such a two-point job, I won't set foot on you anymore. In another workshop, your joint was perfectly fixed, and you got a deuce for your work. It's a pity that you don't care about customers, but don't care about customer reviews. Probably, all other reviews are inflated, and your price tag is too high
