I loved this place very much, ordered a lot and often, everything was delicious up to a certain point. If it were possible to put - 5 stars, I would have done so. The guys are very spoiled, the new products are just disgusting, it is not possible to eat hamburgers, the rolls are dry, the cutlets are not fresh, the tomatoes just stink of sourness. Upon arrival of the courier, I was asked the question "And you will not have it without change, the administrator did not put it" although it was written in the application how much change is needed. Napkins and appliances are very often forgotten.

Good day to all! I wanted to share my emotions about the Hamburgers from the twist. Relatives from Scotland came to me on the way and asked if we had a McDonald's, to which I replied that McDonald's is not an indicator. In general, I ordered hamburgers from the guys for our friends, you should have seen their faces! Of the two orders, none were done properly. 30.11 - order 2 pizzas + cola. The coke was not delivered, the courier only informed the place that the refrigerator was frozen. The price per order remained the same as with a liter drink. Okay, there are moments. A week and a half later, we place an order again, and a cold pizza is delivered 68 minutes later. Zaonok didn't give anything to the administrator. Now I'm going to open the pizza right in front of the delivery guy. Thank you for the experience. Therefore, I recommend that everyone who is going to place an order should be more attentive.
The desire to use their services has disappeared completely.

I chose the second option and ordered from another place, where two pizzas were made in 15 minutes. I'll start with the good thing: Pizza doesn't taste bad. And that's basically all of the good stuff.
I haven't ordered it many times, I just don't remember that I arrived on time.
After the last two times, I decided to write a review.
The penultimate time I waited for the order for more than 2.5 hours, when it was already late and the guests had to leave, only then the courier called. But we politely refused because there was no one to eat it already, the evening was with an unpleasant aftertaste from "twisting and turning".
Today, the pizza arrived for me, BUT after 2 calls reminding me about myself and after 2 hours with a change, it was cold, so I had to refuse.
