I have been a client of the bank for 2 years. Funds in the amount of $900 were stolen from the account on the weekend. In 5...months ago, I asked the bank about the refund. They replied that the bank had refunded the funds a month ago. I look at the statement - the refund amount is $ 840, the bank's commission for consideration is $ 540. To my indignation, the manager said, but what do you want, you wrote to me, we have such tariffs... No information was provided when applying for theft. No information was provided about the consideration of the application. Managers are very weak. I strongly do not recommend it. There is a large selection of banks now, they work well. This bank is quite weak in all respects.
