There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the first reception is on the street, the territory is huge, there are many pools, you can always find a sunbed, squirrels, hedgehogs, a paradise for children, on the beach where the restaurant sea urchins and crabs are alive, the food is delicious, even the most fastidious will always find something to eat, about the rooms we lived in the superium away from the disco 310 room on the second floor, the music is barely audible, but not critical, there are rooms further away, the room is always clean, we really like it, for the third time and only here, for us the most hopeful and proven over the years.

We have just returned from the Kustur Holiday Club hotel, we have only good memories and emotions. The hotel is cozy and clean. Mostly Europeans are vacationing, there are not many of us. Since we were in the middle of October, the sea was about 23 degrees, but we swam, the water was the purest. The location of the hotel is very good. We went to the center of Kusadasi by dolmusha for only 1 euro (you can also take a taxi for 5 euros one way). Service and meals at the 5* hotel.

I was at this hotel in 2018, but I still have memories! It's a long way from the airport, but for the sake of such nature, you can be patient. Nature, food, accommodation are all like a balm for the soul. Of course, the rest is more calm, but that's what we came for! Sandy beach, through an underground passage, everything is very close, seascapes, mmm! According to the Ala kart record, we went to a restaurant by the sea to eat fish, very tasty! We lived in a bungalow with a separate entrance and a terrace, squirrel beggars came and asked for nuts), seeds, which can be bought there in the shop. There are disadvantages in the form of a shabby table or poorly draining water in the shower, everything was tired at that moment, but we turned a blind eye to it, as there was something to admire ... There is a stop next to the hotel, a small bus runs to Kusadasi. The road itself takes 10-15 minutes with stops, along a very picturesque road. There are many shops, a market in the city, and of course the Marina port, where it is very interesting to wander around this provincial town, breathe the air and admire the beautiful yachts. If possible, you will need to come again, relax at this hotel, resume your memories)!

Everything is great, but there are small flaws:
1. Entering the sea - the legs can be damaged. If we cleared 1 meter from the shore from the cobblestones, it would be super.
2. The shows with the participation of the animators of the hotel are weak.
3. Flies in autumn in the restaurant near the food in large quantities.

Two families with children had a rest - 6,7,12 - they got 100% pleasure and a charge of salt from the rest. The children regularly attended all the mini -discos, stayed at the show more often (repeated every 7 days) : some of the days were amateur, but interesting; a couple of times a week

Nutrition - level 5+: everyone will be happy: from vegetarians to lovers of delicious food and drink (fresh orange 55 lira) . Alcohol - non - alcoholic ) for lovers of good alcohol - not here , or an additional fee . Turkish coffee is insanely good - in a remote bar , for free , and ice cream after lunch is delicious ! There are many refrigerators with hot water on the territory, tea and coffee stations 24 hours a day !!! The rooms are beautiful - everything was taken by superior tiles, the standard rooms are with carpet.
The cleaning is decent , and if you share a euro , it will be perfect . The staff is friendly, and so is the audience. The territory is huge: 10,000 steps were taken without even leaving the territory.
Children's roller coaster rides are excellent and safe, tested !
Squirrels are another entertainment of the whole hotel , bringing all nations together in an attempt to lure and feed . Funny zoo - chickens in bloomers are something, peacocks live .
The Aegean Sea is wild - as everywhere else, but in the mornings, as a rule, it is completely calm - we swam a lot. After lunch , both the children and we jumped on the waves . The dirt that is being washed up - or rather garbage - makes you think about the world ecology again …
We went to Kusadasi - pharmacy , a little shopping: 10 minutes by dolmush or taxi (dolmush stop nearby), took a taxi to Ephesus and the House of the Virgin - it was interesting for the children.
One thing I can say: choosing a vacation in Kusadasi - remember that this is a different Turkey, without knowing at least basic English - it will be difficult .

The food is excellent, but the plates are not particularly clean with forks, sometimes they were changed. Sticky. There may be a lot of guests, but this does not take away all responsibility. Juices are only powdered. Coffee powder. Everything else about food is fine. And, even between lunch and dinner, burnt tortillas for the second day, before that there was pizza with live dough, rarely when it is normally fried. The rooms are normal. They are cleaned normally.

One of the many hotels where you want to return, and we will definitely return if circumstances allow. The hotel is cozy, clean coniferous air. There are many pine trees on the territory, which gives good shade and great air. The food is very good, for every taste. The cleaning service is good and unobtrusive. You can hardly see them, but they are always clean. The sea is good, the beach area is practically closed from outsiders. There are always places. There are no "athletes" running at 6 a.m. with towels and occupying sun beds for the whole day. In general, I recommend it.

Guys, this is a joint. Europeans don't care, they don't even go to the sea from the pool, but maybe because it is more often dirty and stormy-xs. Sand and an abundance of plastic with algae at a depth of up to 2 meters do not add transparency to the waves. On the other hand, those who previously had a happy holiday on the sandy beaches of the Black Sea can not spoil their vacation. In general, the beach is just a tearful three. And don't drink any of the scary smelly plastic reusable glasses in the beach bar, they don't just play with cakes.
Yes, Tuborg beer is very good! Of the strong ones, only the local crayfish is nutritious, the rest is just disgusting, especially in cocktails like Jupi.

Tame squirrels, peacocks. The beach is fine sandy. Smooth descent. The sea is clear and transparent. The shore is cleaned daily. The air temperature is more comfortable compared to the Antalya coast. The heat is not felt, although the temperature was 35-37 degrees. The humidity is low. The climate suited me as an asthmatic. Accommodation in two-storey cozy houses with an individual entrance. With very good sound insulation. Meals for 5+. There were daily various dishes of fish, meat, poultry, seafood., tongues, salmon/salmon steaks were given at least once every 3 days. Unlimited free ice cream. An abundance of seasonal fruits: strawberries, watermelons, apricots, plums, melons. You won't stay hungry: there are free snack points and bars everywhere. If desired, you can go to the Ala Carter Restaurant for a fee of 10 euros per person (5 restaurants). Friendly staff, who understand little Russian. Since the main contingent of vacationers are Europeans. Pools of various depths from 10 cm to 140 cm. Aquagorks, a playground. Evening Animation is mainly done by hotel animators.

We had a rest in July 2023 at this hotel, the territory is very large, everything is covered in pines, a lot of squirrels. It's pretty quiet in the hotel, there is no extraneous noise except for cicadas :)) there are 2 types of bungalows, in Thai and Arabic, max 2 floors. The renovation is fresh, there are no foreign odors in the rooms. I recommend taking superior, actually where we lived.
The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed without any problems.
The room has a safe, air conditioning, refrigerator and TV with 3 Russian channels.
In an all-inclusive tavern, the food is delicious, but it feels the same :)) the choice is huge, you definitely won't be hungry. Drinks (swill for a fee).
Breakfast from 7:00-9:00 and 10:00-11:00
Lunch from 12:30-14:00
Dinner from 19:00-21-00
From 13:00-17:00 ice cream by the pools for free aka drinks, bottled water 0.5. Local swill is poured without problems. There are also 3 restaurants on the beach and on the territory of the hotel, it is paid.
There is a sauna and massage in the beach area, there is a hairdresser. There is also a bar. There are water activities on the private beach (200 m) and it is better to take a sun lounger in the morning, as well as by the pool, 2 pcs.
Beach towels are provided for the entire stay at the hotel.
There is a shop at the reception, water, cigarettes, etc.
The internet works well in the reception area. It is weak in the territory, in places. I used a local SIM card “Turkish Telecom" for 350 tl > 25Gb and 100 minutes of calls to any operators.
There is a market near the main entrance to the hotel, you can buy Ballantine's, etc. as well as any replica :))
You can get to the center of Kusadasi by taxi 200 tl. There is something to see. Drive 7/10 min.
There is also an ATV super market, shopping. By taxi there and back 20€.
Entertainment and excursions:
Yacht from 9:00-16:00 max 12 people (Russians). 140$ 1per.
Ephesus excursion departure at 7:00-14:00 75$ 1per.
From the airport, the road with delivery to the hotels takes from 3/4 hours. But those with duty free have no problems.

The first coastline, a large territory and a buffet at least roam! This hotel deserves 5 stars. but! Learn English, guys, it's not a Fershtein in Russian here.
The Aegean Sea is very stormy and choppy. You can splash in the sea without waves in the morning and at lunch. The water temperature is 18 degrees, just to cool down in the heat.
In addition to the sea, there are 3 pools and different activities: water polo or aerobics in the pool. There is plenty of entertainment here, both for children – a children's club and 7 types of slides, and for adults – free alcoholic drinks at the bar) Every day, in the evenings, entertainment programs are held in the amphitheater. And the food here is for slaughter! buffet 3 times a day (although their desserts are very sugary) + snacks between main meals: Turkish tortillas, donuts, burgers and so on (their coffee is very delicate, and the ayran is not very salty).
Regarding the rooms, there are two-storey houses with 4 rooms per floor, there are single-storey houses, like villas for the whole family. Rooms are cleaned every day, even if you forgot to turn on the cleaning icon. I'll warn you right away, you'll have little squirrel neighbors. They are sociable and friendly, but you have to repay them with nuts for friendship. You won't find anything like this on the buffet, but in the small shops on site, you can buy a bag of hazelnuts for $1.

Great hotel! Rested June-July 2023
With her husband and baby for 5 months.
At first, I was a little alarmed that the hotel was built a long time ago, we were worried that it would be in poor condition. But on the contrary!
The hotel looks great, the grounds are well maintained, and the trees on the grounds are large and create a large, good shade. It was very convenient with the child, it was not hot at all during the day, birds were singing and squirrels were running.
The rooms are very comfortable. We lived in individual houses - I highly recommend it! You live like in a park, you have your own terrace to sit in the evening and at lunch)
The cuisine is excellent, very diverse. Lots of vegetables and a variety of meat. There is also a grill and sweets, lots of fruits
At the back of the hotel there is a bar with ice cream, let's take a delicious cream.
There is a water park with different slides, some of them are breathtaking)) There is a tennis court and a basketball court. You can also play table tennis.
There are several children's pools and it's very cool, because with a baby you can go deep into the hotel and there will be a separate quiet 50cm pool. Very cool!
There is a small minus in this whole wonderful picture - to get to the sea, you need to go through a tunnel. It's not very convenient. And the beach is not very big. But very beautiful! Clear blue water and rocks. So you may not pay attention to the tunnel))

The hotel is super! When we read the reviews and people wrote that they were returning for the fifth time, they didn't even understand them, because there are so many more hotels. But having been there, we are already waiting for the opening of the reservation for the next season ☺️

30.08.2022 we just arrived, we liked everything. The hotel has a large green area, very tasty food, again 4kg on top. The animators are doing well all day, they slow down the people, the beach is across the street through an underground passage, the sea is gorgeous there are algae near the shore, but everything is cleaned, it does not irritate, the room is normal, the Internet did not work well and it would not hurt to make a normal volleyball court, there is a field for lawn tennis and basketball and a running mini football, a good pool plus slides, with taking into account the workload of August, everything is super, I liked it.

The reviews that the attitude towards tourists from Russia differs from the attitude towards Europeans do not correspond to reality. Or they ran into isolated boors. The attitude towards us was excellent, on the contrary, the waiters very diligently pronounced the Russian words that my child taught them (we speak English at a household level), friendliness and love for children are absolute. English at the household level is sufficient for communication, few people really speak Russian, but kindness and effort to understand the problem are maximum. We visited several times in July and August, the climate is excellent for this time, there is no exhausting stuffiness and moisture. The city is full of great entertainment venues, Irish pubs with a cheerful audience. The combination of European and Turkish cultures is simply amazing in everything. There are many historical places nearby, for lovers of not only beach holidays. I hope that it will be possible to return here, and more than once.

Kusadasi is not the most popular place for Russian tourists. We got there completely by accident. There were 2 adults, 2 pensioners and 3 children on vacation.
Everything has developed in this hotel: an incredibly green area (the territory of the hotel since the 1960s) - trees, bushes, flowers, smells. A huge number of squirrels- quite tame and birds.
The room stock after renovation is modern furniture and interior. Rooms in one or two storey houses. The beds are comfortable, the insulation is excellent.
They walked 10 km a day around the hotel.
The hotel has 2 areas with pools - adults, children and a miri water park, as well as a "quiet pool away from the main area.
All-inclusive meals: a rich selection of cheeses, traditional snacks, hot dishes. Large grill area. A small children's table. There are always fresh fruits and vegetables. No mayonnaise salads.
Well, the drinks, of course, are only local. For an amateur.
A big minus in the kitchen is freshly squeezed juice - for a fee. It's a disgrace.
A small private beach- calm, with drinks, showers, toilets.
The town itself is a 5-minute drive away - very pleasant. Ephesus is nearby (30 min) and several other iconic places. A magnificent national park is 40 minutes away. A park with amazing beaches, a ferry departs every morning to the Greek island of Samos.
June 2022 1,900 euros (about 130 thousand rubles) were paid for 3 superior rooms for 8 days for all.
The hotel does not accept MIR cards, but in the city you can safely withdraw Lira from the World.

If something is wrong in the room, then call the reception and fix everything, change it quickly.

Excellent hotel and restaurant in the hotel. Delicious food and a huge selection. We visited two other hotels in the same region last year, this one surpasses them in all respects. It is better to choose the 1st floor. Houses. They are located in the center of the territory and in quiet shady places. The hotel has a small zoo.
