A very cool place for a quiet, family-friendly, relaxing holiday..... tranquility and beautiful nature combined with Estonian hospitality, very tasty food, good service and clean rooms. The spa consists of 4 saunas and 5 pools with different temperatures (including children's)..... there are stone heated sun beds with gorgeous views of nature through panoramic windows. Of the disadvantages (if you correctly call it a minus), the lack of Russian-speaking staff. I definitely recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They didn't let us cross the border, so we couldn't come. The hotel did not enter into the situation, although I wrote that there are such risks, I did not return the money. I rate the loyalty and approach of the hotel to force majeure at 1 point
A great place for a short break or a transit stop on the way to Tallinn or Riga. I recommend it! On weekends, the hotel is often fully booked. It is popular with the locals.
Upon check-in, they were given a room with loopholes instead of windows and a view of the roof, although the hotel was 1/3 full, after repeated contact with the hotel administration, they were moved to a room corresponding to the booking on booking.com .
+ excellent location (among the forest, on the shore of the reservoir)
+ good spa (4 saunas, 1 small pool, 3 hot tubs)
+ delicious and varied breakfast
+ large parking lot, but most of it is occupied by locals coming to the spa
- the administration's not very hospitable attitude towards customers (they settled in a room with a terrible view and small windows)
- small bathroom
