Gorgeous place, excellent location. Very posh, I would even say too posh - would have given 5 stars if the menu was at the level... Very few decent food choices, and the meal preparation is overly underperformed...

The waiter was rude, took some napkins to wipe the phone.The waiter got angry and started talking and being rude. Apparently the place is so poor that wet wipes are now gold. 1 star for the staff. An institution with such prices should hire adequate people. If I differ in age from a person, this does not mean that I can be rude. What kind of staff is the institution.
The waiter's promise to tear my ears off if he saw me next to him completely deprived me of the desire to dine there. This "Prestigious Restaurant" is very elegant, threatening to box my ears. I advise that employee to work in the sausage shop at the train station.
