A great place for a relaxing holiday on the seashore away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist congestion. The guest house is located a 10-15-minute drive from the center of Pitsunda and a 5-minute walk from the sea. The rooms are new, cozy, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, refrigerator, toilet and shower. There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard and several tables for eating and relaxing. The staff and owners of this cozy place are wonderful, friendly and helpful people and interesting interlocutors.
There are shops, a canteen and a cafe nearby. Within walking distance of the Boxwood Grove boarding house with its incredibly beautiful botanical park and equipped beach.
All sightseeing routes in Abkhazia from Pitsunda pass through this place on the way. Tour buses will pick you up from the bus stop, which is also a 5-minute walk from the guest house.
The rest was a success. The sea was warm and calm. In the evenings, it put the sun to sleep in itself, and in the mornings the mountains brought it back to a clear, almost cloudless sky.
I really didn't want to leave. I wanted to stay and enjoy the beauty and silence of this place a little more.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from June 22 to June 29 with two children aged 10 and 7. Very clean and cozy , everything is new , comfortable beds , towels , shampoos , shower gels . On the street there is a huge veranda with a kitchen , where there is everything you need for cooking , there is a barbecue area. Elena and Ahra are very responsive people. A place to relax from the hustle and bustle and is safe for children . The biggest plus is 3 minutes away from our hotel, this is the BEST SANATORIUM in Abkhazia, Boxwood grove. We used all the free services they offered: animation, a fan park, a trampoline area, a petting zoo, discos , a cinema, concert programs. The beach is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, shower, changing rooms , yoga , outdoor gymnastics under the pines ( all schedules are at the reception). The most important thing is that we completed a 7-day course of treatment for both adults and children: we signed up for a consultation with a therapist and he prescribed procedures for us : droppers , massages, mud baths , baths , hot tubs, various inhalations. Various bars and restaurants . In the evening there is a disco on the beach.
5 minutes from the hotel there is a beach that is not equipped, but there is peace and quiet. There is also a cafe for rent and saps. There is a stop nearby where there is a canteen with homemade food and various shops, from here we took a minibus and drove to Pitsunda for 15 minutes. New Athos is 1 hour away by minibus. Rebooted completely in this wonderful place . We will definitely come to you again! thank you.

Excellent location near the sea and the beautiful territory of the sanatorium "Boxwood grove" near the bus stop, where minibuses often run and you can go in any direction to the beautiful places of Abkhazia) It is also convenient that there are various cafes, shops and a pharmacy nearby. The rest was a success, I think if possible we will return as a family, thank you!☺️

A great guest house. Wonderful hosts. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is new! In the courtyard there is a large kitchen (dishes, kettle, refrigerator, stove), there is an ironing board and Parking for cars. Near the sanatorium "boxwood grove" you can attend procedures for an additional fee. You can walk all over the territory. There are playgrounds for children. Two beaches, wild, few people there, spacious or boxwood beach, equipped with sun loungers and a shower. There is a cafe on the beach. There are three more canteens nearby. Excursions can be booked. We stayed in this guest house, we really liked it. The guest house is completely new, in the courtyard there is a comfortable shared kitchen with all necessary utensils, a microwave, a kettle. There is a private parking in the courtyard. Within walking distance of the sea, there is a Playground nearby. There are also shops and cafes just a stone's throw away, where delicious food is served.
Very friendly and helpful host. The administrator Elena is a wonderful woman who will tell you where you can go, about local traditions, and if you need an excursion, feel free to contact her.
Thanks to the comfort of the house, the responsiveness and kindness of people, the rest was a great success, I recommend it to everyone.

I would like to say a few words about this wonderful place.I had a chance to visit here this summer. The impression of Abkhazia remained excellent, thanks not only to the sea, people, culture and churchkhela, but also to the hotel where we stayed. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is at the highest level, all the amenities.I also want to mention the owners of the hotel, very kind and radiant people, you could always ask for help if anything, learn more about the country and people in general, about places where you can go to have a great time. Also, in terms of everyday life, everything was fine and all requests were always heard. Thank you very much for a wonderful time! For the warm conversations and help. We rested in this place with a large company and everyone was delighted. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, we often went to the beach of Boxwood grove. The rooms are new, spacious, and have everything you need! There are shops, cafes, and a dining room nearby. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly people, they will always help with any questions. Elena can book excursions to many popular destinations. There is parking for cars. Because of such a warm welcome, I still want to return to Abkhazia!

Wonderful place, brand new hotel, beautiful renovation. It is clean and cozy in the rooms and on the territory. Wonderful hosts who will answer any question of interest and know everything about the history and traditions of Abkhazia. It takes no more than 3 minutes to walk to the sea. Nearby there are wonderful cafes, a large park, a Playground.

Excellent, beautiful, brand new guest house! We rested in early August from 2 to 11, cleanliness everywhere, there are all amenities in the rooms, friendly hosts, cafes, shops within walking distance. The sea is a five-minute walk away, beautiful beaches, we were satisfied with the rest for all 5 points, I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

A brand new hotel. The pristine cleanliness of the rooms in the truest sense of the word. The owner of the hotel is a doctor, apparently, therefore, care is felt for the guests in general and in every detail: refined aesthetics in design, orthopedic mattresses, fluffy towels, mosquito nets, tables for those who like to work remotely, underfloor heating. It's not far from the sea. Nearby there is a large landscaped park of Boxwood grove, restaurants of national cuisine, shops. I am very happy with my vacation! The staff is friendly, the manager is personally ready to devote her time to help resolve any issue.

It's a very cool place. Nice clean rooms. The sea is close. The staff is friendly. The rooms have everything you need to relax: air conditioning, android TV, refrigerator. In general, we were satisfied. We'll come again!!!
