Nice hotel, in the center of the old city of Bukhara. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly and hospitable staff. I especially remember a young man named Mirsaidh at the reception, who quickly responded to all our requests, helped solve important issues of the stay. Nice rooms, delicious breakfast.

Great little hotel!
It is decorated authentic and individually. Friendly staff, responsibly fulfill all requests.
Clean, cozy, great breakfasts! Everything is hot and fresh, not coveted!
There was one small minus, in the morning before leaving I went to the shower and the water was at room temperature, there was not enough hot water.
Special thanks to an employee named Shahboz, who helped us a lot and responded to all small requests.
The friendly and pleasant hostess of the hotel!
In general, the hotel is excellent, left only pleasant impressions. We will definitely come back!

We stop at this hotel for the second time. Very convenient location, reasonable price. Beautiful design of the rooms in a historical style. There was a family room 5 years ago: roomy, comfortable, the room had nuts and dried fruits as a compliment. This time we took 2 separate rooms. The rooms are equipped with TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. 105 room with 2 single beds on the ground floor. Spacious with 3 large windows, with an entrance hall and a full bathroom. The entrance to the room is through the courtyard with tables. It was hot and no one was resting in the courtyard, so it was fine, but I think if it had been cooler and there were a lot of guests, it would not have been a very convenient neighborhood like this. The second room 109 was on the second floor. It's small, with a shower, with a tiny window. I didn't like it very much. Personal breakfasts: cottage cheese, scrambled eggs/omelet with sausages, pancakes, cheesecakes, pies with potatoes, fruits, jam. Drinks: juice, tea, instant and natural coffee. Cheesecakes, pancakes and jam for 5+!!!!

We lived in room 311. The room is very small, the lighting is dim and this despite the fact that the window cannot be opened, it is shuttered from the street and the street is also noisy. Breakfast is very poor. We lived for 2 days, water for 0.5 per person (in other hotels it is for a day), here it is one-time. Towels were not changed, there was no cleaning. What is available: a teapot, cups, glasses, 2 tea bags, a toothbrush from which all the lint remained in the mouth when first used, shampoo, gel. If you want to drink tea, there is nowhere to sit, there is only one chair in the room. The patio is always in a mess. Everything is covered in dust, there is practically no greenery. The hotel needs repairs, everything is killed)) Pros: located in the historical part of the city, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a shop across the street. The staff tries to be helpful, but it fades in the background.

Not a bad option. It is located in the center, the noise from the street is not audible. The air conditioner is working and does not make noise at the same time. The bed is quite comfortable. The off-season breakfast was not a buffet, but it was quite tasty and varied. The bathroom is normal, in any case, it is not shocking, as in some hotels with an excellent rating.

We were at the hotel 3-4 January 2024. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are small, everything is shabby, the bed is not comfortable. Water heating - does not turn off, it is sooo stuffy. You can't open the windows, because they faced the courtyard. People were sitting there, talking, buying, so they slept with air conditioning so as not to die from the heat. The breakfasts are very boring and there is not enough for everyone: sometimes there is no milk, then there are eggs... one plus is its location .

I stayed at the hotel for a week when I went to work with my partners in the city of Bukhara.I will not say that a five-star hotel, but it is a good place, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian in accessibility.
