It's a great place! It's very cozy and everything is very tasty.
In the evening, from 18 to 20, the music is minus, the guy sings great and the girl is no worse.
The menu contains almost all the dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine that are recommended and I wanted to try it. The portions are large, it is quite possible to take a salad for two. It makes sense to take different dishes for two, they will be divided for you. So you will try more. Everything is very satisfying, we ate 2 times a day, we didn't want any more (it didn't fit in).
At moderate prices, a hearty meal of 20-40 manats (1200-2000 ₽) for two.
I can recommend "Breakfast for two" - this is a complex with branded Kyukyu (scrambled eggs with lots of greens + scrambled eggs with lots of tomatoes, tip 2 types of Kyukyu divide into two - together it is generally very tasty). There is also cheese, sausages, sausages, boiled eggs, various jams, sweet pastas, soft cheese and other goodies. This breakfast costs 25 manats (1500 ₽).
Try the Piti soup (lamb chickpeas, herbs, spices, broth, everything languishes in pots and is served to the table in an original way).
Dishes of fish, lamb, beef, chicken. Everything is very tasty!
The waiter Dima is very attentive, will prompt and advise not only on the menu , but also on the sights 👍
We were here with my husband 2 times during a trip to Baku in early October. The weather was good, so both times we chose tables outside. The first time we had a waiter who spoke a little Russian, but he was a very nice guy nevertheless. The second time we had Dima, who spoke Russian very well, and also gave very good food recommendations, and also took a great picture of us, he has talent). We tried cherry salad, choban vegetable salad, kebab, pitt soup (super!) and duchbar soup with small dumplings, stewed veal with cherries, grilled lamb. As well as local baklava with thyme tea - it is very tasty and fresh! We tried the local pomegranate wine - it tastes very pleasant here, and also tasted a glass of dry red Azerbaijani wine - it is also very worthy! Prices for something like in Moscow, for something lower. The level of the institution is very decent! We will be happy to return when we are in Baku!
I read the previous reviews and decided to visit this place, where for a family of 4 people they decided to order, as in the review: Pitti soup (heavily salted, but the serving is beautiful, it's daaaaa), salad with cherries (delicious, but few tomatoes, but a lot of cherries and onions), roast meat also with cherries (super sour, probably because of the cherries - the meat is very soft in texture, but the taste is unclear because of the acid) and dolma (cool shape, not elongated fingers, but balls. And there is a lot of meat. I didn't like it, but my daughter liked it, so it's for an amateur). The tea is delicious)) baklava too)))
But overall I was disappointed
Expectations were overstated.
It is beautifully located, close to the metro. The prices are affordable, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired, for example: grilled vegetables are raw, lamb kebab is hard. The wine is delicious!
Wonderful cuisine, gorgeous staff, it's nice to come back here again
(a secret for parents - the staff loves children, the attention will be only for you)
Be sure to go on a warm afternoon or evening. Parrots are flying overhead, a delicious treat at an affordable price. Good WiFi. It's all fair. In the evening, live vocals under minus. Prosperity to the institution and thank you!
I'm blown away by three things:
1) Live music (which was cool)
2) portion sizes (have you ever eaten a portion of salad for an hour?)
3) prices (40 manats for a salad with tea is a lot)
I won't come back. I think I paid for a live concert
I really liked the place! Service, dishes, location near the old town. It saves you in hot weather! Parrots are pleasing. I recommend everyone to visit the institution, you will not regret it.
This restaurant is just wonderful. The kitchen is on top, all the dishes are delicious without exception. I advise you to try barbecue salads or branded eggplant and tomatoes, be sure to take a kebab and fly away from pleasure. There is an open area with pleasant seating, surrounded by greenery. Dishes are brought quickly, despite the fact that there is a strong load. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it!
Cappuccino was like a latte, caesar salad was solid mayonnaise with three shrimp. Prices are above average. Just because of the beautiful location , I didn 't like the kitchen at all
We waited for food for a very long time, the kebab turned out to be dry, grilled vegetables - one small eggplant, one small tomato and hot pepper (they said it was not spicy), after that the waiter did not even react. Kutabs were brought after another 15 minutes, 8 pcs on a common plate without bringing separate ones for two ... Only the atmosphere of the surrounding park, surrounded by greenery, is pleasant.
A small cafe with great prices and a view of the toilet from the panoramic window. I liked the food, the portions are large. We ordered a salad with beef on a potato pancake and pilaf in lavash. Unusual serving of pilaf, but nothing special. The beef in the salad was very tough.
We stopped by for a snack on the day of arrival, it is located near the metro, the Old Town! We ordered soup and assorted cutabs, compote! Clean, live music, polite staff! Very friendly 🥰
Surprisingly, there are very few tasty and interesting places in Baku. But this cafe will always be on the must-visit list. Delicious and pleasant. I recommend you to visit
Delicious and full-sized dishes, prices are not higher than other restaurants in the city center, calm music, pleasant interior, sincere service. We recommend
We came at rush hour - we waited for 2 cocktails for half an hour - the full waiter obviously couldn't cope.... The administrators came up, apologized, offered nothing as a compliment... 🤷🏼♀️
A good establishment, a very tasty breakfast. The prices are above average, as the establishment is located near the old town. The service is normal.
Kyukyu was a little dry.
