The first impression of Kulja Khogo was negative, because in the men's toilet only three out of 5 cubicles work, and then the door is not locked in the second one. Otherwise, this is a wonderful cafe: it is located next to the park, there is a namazkhana, very tasty Chinese cuisine and a large selection for hogo, the staff is polite and it is clear that they are trying, and not doing the job "to fuck off", well done. From Chinese cuisine, we ordered potatoes on fire and asparagus salad with wood mushrooms, it was very tasty!
