Cakes are stored in the freezer so that it does not deteriorate quickly, which accordingly slightly worsens the taste of the cake itself. In the coffee marking application, they didn't punch my coffee 3 times, which is like their system doesn't work. They asked me to remind them next time. And I shouldn't have reminded you. I received so much negativity, starting from the staff and ending with the call center. Everything was turned against me. Although they asked to be loyal to the mistake of the staff.
In general, it looks like a polite service, but they will not solve the issue with dissatisfied customers.
