Clean, usually friendly staff. Coffee is normal. There is an app and 7 coffees for free, plus bonuses are accumulating. The pastries and cheesecakes are delicious. I don 't take the other one . On the downside, there are often queues.in my opinion, the cleaner tries very hard to wash everything, even if it is clean. Maybe it's not bad, but while I'm sitting drinking coffee three times with a rag, everything is wiped and the frequent smell of "rags" is annoying. According to the staff at the checkout, it often seems that there are not enough people: a queue, one person punches and makes coffee and warms a pie. At the same time, a second employee can shift dumplings in the refrigerator in the hall, but I would like to help the one who is at the checkout and speed up the service . The final 4 points, since here at the intersection of Tole bi and Auezov is the best place in terms of price and quality.

There are questions about the assortment, every year it becomes less tasty and more expensive. Previously, there was a great assortment of 4 chocolate cakes, cut into pieces. Then it disappeared, and instead there was another assortment of 4 vague cakes consisting of caramel and unpleasant jam. So almost the entire assortment, chocolate and sponge cake are replaced with hard-stone caramel and tasteless ingredients. Maybe some people like it, but I'm a proponent of traditional values, which is completely out of fashion these days. I know that cakes are brought here from a neighboring country, and the local managers don't decide or analyze anything at all, but this is my subjective opinion, reflecting my personal tastes, which I don't impose on anyone.
