It's a great place, the girls at the checkout and others are very friendly and courteous!!! The friendly team of the whole establishment makes you come back again!!! I am happy to come with my wife just to drink ice cream and eat sweets!!! Thank you very much to the managers for the decent reception

The first two times in the coffee shops of this chain everything was fine.
There is a VERY long service at this point, despite the fact that there were a minimum number of visitors at 8 a.m.
Compared to other points, the staff gives the impression of either sluggish or untrained. Very slow and unprofessional service (
Some things are done as if for the first time. Maybe you didn't get enough sleep.
We bought cottage cheese. The staff said there were no spoons. After an additional request, the girl found the spoons with difficulty (they were piled in one pile in the box along with the forks).
The toilet was not working.
The change was given only after the second request.
The bone in the quesadilla is unexpected.
The assortment of panini and croissants is meager (in other places it is better)
I looked at the receipt on the way out. I saw the extra syrup in the coffee. A trifle. But. It was said very clearly when ordering that nothing should be added to coffee and tea. The syrup was not added, but it was punched.

It's a great place, it has everything I love))) delicious coffee, a snack, even a full meal! Not to mention the huge selection of cakes for every taste.
