Cozy, beautiful, delicious.
But there is a small one -
We were somehow with children (2 adults and 3 children) and we had to huddle at a round table. Although 2 tables with sofas were semi-free.
1 was occupied by a girl who works there (she was sitting at a laptop while there were no orders)
2 was occupied by two schoolgirls who were sitting there just like that, without an order.
I wonder, is this how it should be?
I am the manager of the cafe myself and I understand that the person who works there should not occupy the table and I had to ask the girls to free up a whole big table for the kids if the girls wanted to chat there so much. Am I wrong?
Otherwise, everything is fine. Pull up a little customer-centricity and everything will be fine 👍
Among the advantages: an ideal location (right in the hotel building), pleasant staff, a good menu (nothing superfluous for food), a wide base of soft drinks (from coffee to lemonades), a lot of desserts and all at a relatively inexpensive price. When I was in Beloozersk, I came there almost every day.
Of the minuses: not all tables have napkins, it would also be nice to have salt and pepper on the tables. The staff often occupied one of the large tables in the corner, which was also not very convenient in cases when there were no large tables left.
Delicious coffee, friendly staff, calm music, pleasant atmosphere. A small hall and a comfortable arrangement of tables favorably affect the overall atmosphere in the cafe.
