I highly recommend staying at Kuma. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, transportation, etc.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the such as a comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, or stunning view.
The hotel's restaurant was also top-notch, with delicious and well-prepared dishes that exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
Overall, I had an excellent experience at Kuma, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuma Gyumri.

Our stay made a pleasant impression on us. We liked them:
1. Breakfast at the Kuma restaurant is included in the price (with an individual choice of dishes)
2. The ability to watch YouTube on TV
3. Very clean bed linen
4. No interference
5. Convenient location
6. Temperature control
7. Excellent interior of the room and lobby
8. There is a lot of sunlight in the room
The only downside: instant coffee for breakfast, but the breakfast itself is excellent

Great service, friendly staff!! The rooms are just great! Everything is so beautiful, neat and cozy. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!!! Hygiene products and food of excellent quality!!! The hotel, I want to tell you, is very beautiful and cozy!!! Linen, towels, bathrobes and even slippers are of high quality!!!

There are a lot of advantages! One disadvantage is the mattresses.. They're soft to me. but it's individual. Thanks for everything! I am very pleased!

Everything is very exquisite and delicious,
One minus is terribly loud live music, in a small hall and sometimes it was unbearable, I had to go outside
