On the plus side:
We arrived in Tallinn on February 21 at 20:00, texted the administrator, immediately received a response, Alexander (staff) met us at the entrance to the house. We traveled by car, so the advantage when choosing an apartment was the availability of parking. Parking is located in the courtyard of the house, Alexander advised us where you can park the car, and where you should not-how you can get a fine of 31 euros. IT is IMPORTANT to park the car along the house, between the entrances, and you can not go to the garages and the fence of the neighboring house! There is paid parking on the street at 0.025 euros/minute. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Soviet building", with a fresh renovation. The small room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle and cups. Wi-fi flies, and in two bands (2.4 and 5 Ghz). The location is not bad, the old town can be reached in 20 minutes. There is a supermarket nearby.
Of the cons:
Upon entering the room, we experienced a SHOCK! The room was icy, so it is heated by a small convector (500 W), which was turned off. We turned on the convector and went to dinner, two hours later, the room was still very cold. They went to bed in their clothes and hats. It was still cool in the room in the morning. It was only after returning from a walk the next afternoon that a satisfactory temperature was established in the room. In general, what am I writing this for, dear administration, if you receive guests in the cold season, please take the trouble to prepare the room for a comfortable stay, and heat it in advance so that we do not sit in the room in outerwear. And please change the pillows, these are not pillows, but two substances stuffed with incomprehensible pellets.
