Why don't Asian citizens need to go to their homeland for an extract, and I, a Belarusian, need to go far away to get an extract? Is it difficult to serve Belarusians?
In principle, everything is fast and adequate, pleasant doctors, almost everything..except for the optometrist, who decided that I needed a comment on whether I looked my age or older and generally behaved extremely irritated.
I passed a commission to a driving school in this clinic using the caring certificate service for nonresident residents of Minsk. The collection of all documents for this service took 14 days. After collecting the statements, we received an email stating that the documents have been collected and you can sign up for a commission. The commission itself took 40 minutes. Only positive impressions from passing the commission.
He quickly passed the driver's medical examination. There was no negativity, although there were a lot of people. The system was worked out and the process took 1.5 hours in total...
For the first time in my life, I passed the commission so quickly to get a certificate.
I went to see how and what was being done, and eventually came out after 1.5 hours with a certificate
No swearing in queues, everything is organized, there is no need to take a queue for anyone, you are called to each office by your last name
Just a great experience!!!
Compared to many places of this format, this is a very good place to undergo various types of medical examinations, as it allows you to register in advance and activate the recording on arrival, which removes questions about the queue. The doctors are good, I have never encountered rudeness. The prices are normal. (There's not much to compare it with)
The medical examination procedure is well organized. He was registered by electronic queue at 15.20, received a driver's license at 17.00. This is despite the fact that there were a lot of people. It may be faster at other times. The doctors are polite, they work quickly (went in-said hello-interviewed-indicated the next office-left).
Everything is clear, structured, and operational. Everyone does their own thing. They value the patient's time. My best experience of passing a special medical examination.
Maybe the specialists there are good, but the cloakroom attendant who worked on April 24 is just something.I would not like to describe this whole sur, but it would be nice to have a conversation with this person and explain what is her responsibility and where to keep silent.
I arrived without an appointment. I passed the driver's commission in 2.5 hours, although I expected to spend at least 5 hours there. After 12, the corridors became completely empty
So, you make an appointment in advance on the call and then you will quickly pass. 40 rubles , an extract from the polyclinic, ( military officer) , passport ..
I was incredibly surprised by the speed of the medical examination for the driver's certificate! Everything has changed already. I was set up to take 5-6 hours, but it took 25 minutes. Everything is coordinated, fast, organized! Well done to the head doctor or the current person in charge. I thought that this system could not be fixed, but no, miracles happen) Pre-registration on the site is probably a crucial moment for a quick passage. Well done!
What can be said about this clinic? Horror - I think everyone who passed the driver's commission will agree with me. In a good scenario, you will lose 2-3 hours. With others , as it turns out .. one for the whole of Minsk !? It had to be thought up . Of course, we can say that 5 years ago it was EVEN worse? If you measure it this way, then yes, it's not as bad as it used to be. With the issuance of rights for 20 years, something may change
Specialists in vision diagnostics and laser correction are cool, but recording 30 people at the same time is off the scale... Here you have both paid and free - all in one pile. In general, after standing in Soviet queues, you get a good result for relatively little money. In private clinics, correction and follow-up with supervision are much more expensive with the same level of professionalism
Normal. Everything is clear and pretty fast. As everywhere, there are doctors who understand the problem. And there are those who see only what lies on top. After such things, problems pop up...
There are no questions to the medical examination, if you have all the documents and statements in order. I went through the recording pretty quickly. The recording starts at 7.30 a.m. in fact, doctors start working at 8.00 a.m. except for the surgeon. The big problem is where to park and leave or drive up to the clinic, the road is crowded with parked cars and in fact it is very problematic to leave.
A lot of people. But according to the conversations, it's not necessary to do it once. There are like 2 commissions. In different wings of the building. The husband passed quickly - in 40 minutes. And he sat with me for another 1.5 hours. So calculate the time with a margin after all.
Everything is in a modern design, an electronic queue, no fuss, they call in turns. There is both a toilet and a coffee shop. There are also soft benches near each office. I liked it, the commission was completed within an hour.
Everything is fast and clear!
For the most part, the staff is pleasant, but some seem to have just escaped from zone (e) if they don't like working with people, they need to change jobs
The need for health insurance is a headache for every citizen who wants to drive a car, works in catering and all that. Alas, in recent years, the quality of service has greatly decreased: fewer specialists, more queues. Those specialists who are there will not hesitate to be rude, insulting and shouting for something at the register and issuing directions.
Not all specialists there are like that, not at all. But those that are - sit exactly in the right place to spoil all further inspection. Otherwise, the polyclinic is like a polyclinic, nothing special.
Clearly. I needed a medical certificate for my license, signed up, quickly passed the doctors, and received it. I lost my certificate. I did a duplicate in general for a couple of minutes.
I admire the human attitude and care for people's health, in a very intensive flow.
I am very grateful to the team.
The payment service does not reach the general level.
A polyclinic where you can make certificates for admission to participate in traffic or weapons. With the introduction of electronic recording, it has become faster and more convenient.
If you make an appointment in advance for a certain time, then you can get help very quickly. The whole procedure of obtaining a medical examination took less than an hour! The staff is helpful. There is no need to take a queue to each doctor, you are called by your last name. I was pleasantly surprised by such a service.
Everything was fast and without problems, the primary was completed in 30 minutes, maximum, and a week later I was already holding my certificate in my hands.
A medical examination for a medical examination, subject to an appointment, takes 30 minutes, everything is clear, fast, and worked out. And how everything changes when passing the driver's commission. It is not clear why you need a pre-registration if you are still waiting for a call 20 minutes after your time in the ticket?!? What is the problem with requesting information from dispensaries, and not chasing people for paper certificates?!? And there are still a lot of questions when passing doctors before receiving the coveted certificate. One clinic, two floors, two commissions, two different approaches were made, as a result, the 2nd floor - 5 stars, the 4th floor - 3 stars.
Positive:
- you can make an appointment in advance (you will not need to stand in line)
- all doctors are on the same floor
- the doctors are polite, friendly and competent
- on the fourth floor, you can take an urgent photo and lamination of the certificate
Minuses:
- car parking (we still need to look for a place)
- crowded narrow corridors
- if you arrive before the appointment time, you will still be waiting for your ticket
Be sure to sign up online, then everything is much faster. The attitude towards customers is quite friendly. Specialists work quickly. But there are a lot of people
I do not understand people who can evaluate this clinic positively.... I probably haven't seen a more unprofessional approach yet. The only advantage is the speed.
But, of course, there is no question of any real inspection. At the Driver's Commission, I had to face rudeness from almost all doctors and staff! They don't tell you where to go, just the disgruntled faces of employees who should have retired long ago... The ENT doctor was especially killed, who called, whispered something and was indignant that they did not come to him right away. I said that I did not understand where to go, to which I immediately received a claim saying "should I have come for you personally?". There are screams everywhere, Lore's doors and windows are open, and he's barely breathing trying to whisper something.... apart from the screams, nothing is heard in the corridor. The neurologist lines up several people around him, tells him what to do without ever raising his head and checking if everything is really so good for everyone. In short, no one has really checked their health (except for an ophthalmologist). And as a result, whether you are healthy or not remains unknown .
But 40 rubles for the fact that the doctors did not look at you, expressed a lot of complaints and were embarrassed that they were forced to accept people - that's fine.
Everything is fast, convenient, without unnecessary running around. If they ever open a fluorography room, it's amazing.
Not all employees are friendly, but it is impossible to get rid of this completely.
They were initially sent to the wrong office. It took almost an hour and a half to wait for the start of the passage, but the doctors were completed in 20 minutes
I quickly passed the driver's commission. Despite the questions the doctors had, everything was resolved at a pace. I've never seen such organization anywhere. The doctors and staff are great!
I passed the driver's commission, there were not many people in the evening, I took a ticket from the institution's website, I came, registered, paid , called and went to see doctors, everything is simple and clear, the staff is polite, friendly, knows their business , they work quickly. I am satisfied with the work of this institution , they work as they should , they will give recommendations and advice in case of anything , I recommend using the services of this place .
I like this clinic, with the exception of ultrasound equipment (or ultrasound specialists, I don't know which of them messes up with the result) and the therapeutic department. That's a complete mess! Healthy people (who are on coupons) stand in line with the sick (who are on repeat admission). I wonder what standards they work by. A clear violation
Compared to previous visits to this clinic for a driver's medical examination, everything has become very fast now. You go through all the doctors in an hour and get the coveted certificate.
A paid clinic, but there are 80+ people waiting in line and this is far from a record. To get through this HELL, you still need to try! Now it is not easy to get a banal medical certificate, but they say that it used to be even worse…
