We went to Minsk on business from Moscow, decided to stay at this place and booked a room with them. We arrived tired, sleepy ... we dreamed of getting there faster and going to bed, we arrived at about 2 a.m., we indicated this time when booking ... the order was confirmed to us. Arriving at the place, it turned out that everything was closed, where to go and who to call is not clear. How was it for us when we realized that the hotel we arrived at was closed, we had no Internet ... no cellular connection ... and we were tired, just furious at the situation in a strange city, we just went to look for a place to stay at random🤬🤬🤬🤬 I just have no words from this situation and this institution !!!! I want to appeal to the managers of this place, if you position yourself as a good hotel and restaurant (or who you are, since we did not find out), then match it!!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE anyone who is planning their vacation, trip to this hotel NOT TO CONTACT THIS PLACE!!!! Since you can't count on him, you can stay without a bed for the night!!! The site indicates check-in around the clock.
