I would like to express my gratitude to the insurance company for the decent work and that they did not let me down at a difficult moment. They applied for medical help in Turkey and covered it themselves. The amount was impressive, so for the first time we applied for a refund. When communicating with the department, the girl accepted the documents and explained everything very politely and helped to fill everything out.
Minus a star for the fact that when 15 working days later I called to clarify how things were going with the refund, the employee who communicated with me was very rude, which was very unexpected.
Reliable insurance. I am very pleased. I plan to continue insurance further.
