The beauty of the salon deserves special attention - indeed, not just a salon, but a wedding fashion house)
The service is at the level of a reminder about the visit, clarifying details (wedding date, size, considering renting or buying).
Tea/coffee was offered at the fitting.
The hour flew by unnoticed!
The consultant did not try to impose that all the dresses fit me, she spoke her mind, did not press me to take it urgently and it pleased me))
But the salon is not budget-friendly, since they specialize mainly in tailoring, and manual labor is expensive and this is normal.
If it were possible to rent with a fit (embroider, remove the length and rent, not buy), it would be 10/10)

The dresses are beautiful, but the attitude towards the customers is just disgusting. A couple of days before the wedding, we lost our veil. Then they tried to deceive that they had found it (but the difference in length was 10 centimeters from the lost one). I had a short dress, it was crookedly sewn at the back and the cut was a triangle. There was no such thing at the first fitting. And they proved that everything was fine with him, until another consultant came up and asked why such a crooked dress. And they tried to make money out of it. Intentionally or not, I don't know, but the fact remains. All the evidence was left in the phone.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the girl who did not deceive me and went to look for the veil lost by the salon and found it!!! I don't remember her name, but she was in charge of tailoring, if I'm not mistaken. Just saved my image! Because they made me a very short veil when I asked for a train! thank you very much!
I was very disappointed in this "premium" salon. Then even no one cornyly apologized. When I gave the rest of the money, they immediately began to be rude)

We scheduled a fitting on the "x" date to pick up the dress made for me. In the evening before the "x" date, they called to confirm the recording. The next day, WHEN I WAS ALREADY ON my WAY to Minsk for a fitting, I received a message that my dress was not ready and the fitting was postponed. I need to set aside the whole day for the fitting + it was Friday, so you need to buy tickets a lot in advance. When I got to Minsk, I couldn't go back because of the lack of tickets, I had to walk 4 hours to my train. I have not received any apologies for this situation. The result: money spent, frazzled nerves.

It's probably a rare story here when guys leave reviews, but we're one of those couples where the groom was at the fitting. I was and did not regret it. It was cool to see my bride happy with the fitting and the service that was offered to us. I even turned a blind eye to the cost😅 Because it's really worth it!

The dresses are beautiful, there is a large selection. The location of the salon is very convenient, but the advantages end there
But I can call the service a real nightmare. I have never seen such pathos and such disregard. The consultant girl was extremely unfriendly and, apparently, unhappy that the dresses I like are cheap (although I didn't set any budget restrictions - I just like minimalistic dresses)
The girl also rolled her eyes significantly when I asked her to bring me more dresses for fitting, since, you see, she had to go to the second floor to get them
The dresses are beautiful, but I do not consider it justified to tolerate appreciative glances and pathos for them

A very beautiful place, with magical dresses. That's where the good ends. We bought wedding shoes, which, after the first exit, swelled like cardboard from water, despite the fact that it did not rain on the wedding day! No one wanted to return the money.
The salon director replied that I had "washed" them. But what kind of fool would wash completely shiny shoes😂
It is clear that more than a month has passed since the purchase, but sorry, few people will buy shoes the day before the wedding. Of course we bought them in advance.
In general, the attitude is absolutely indifferent, except for a beautiful picture there is nothing else) The reputation of the salon is spoiled, it is not the first time I hear bad reviews.

I would like to express my gratitude to the consultants in the salon (especially consultant Lera) and the girls who lead Instagram! I bought remotely, since I am in another city, the girls consulted on the availability of sizes of the models of interest, photographed everything, postponed my size on the day of purchase and handed it to the person who drove up to pick up the dress. They even found a way to pay remotely, although this was not required as a result. Due to the impossibility of fitting, they still made a discount as when buying on the day of fitting, and tolerated all the abundance of my questions. I'm so glad I bought that dress!) It wouldn't have worked without you!

In general, the service is terrible. The attitude of the employees expects much to be desired.
I can't pick everything up blindly. I understand that the main thing for them is selling dresses. But if you have a wedding house, you sell related products, then it is logical to make sure that they are bought.

Magic!
In search of a dream dress, I got to the Moscow website of Maritrufel. But the model I liked couldn't be tried on, and it was also impossible to see the dress live.
I found out that the designer of magic dresses is RaraAvis, and a model of my size is available in Minsk, in the Courage salon.
When I arrived, it became clear at the fitting that it was necessary to sew the dress according to my standards. The measurements were taken, I paid for everything. Exactly a month later, the dress was at my home in Moscow😍
Everything was done flawlessly, fabric, tailoring, size to size. Impeccable work. I kiss the hands of the craftsmen😘😘

Beautiful models, but if you go for a certain style, the choice will not be great. There is no rental, the sizes are almost all 42-44, there is tailoring that does not differ from the purchase price, the time seems to be about a month. But the price tag... I liked one dress, it cost $960. Not the most budget salon. Fitting by appointment

An unpleasant situation has turned out with this salon. She was booked for a fitting, but they didn't specify anything except the wedding date. But when visiting the salon on the day of the fitting, we were informed that there are conditions for renting dresses that differ from most salons and do not suit us. Because of this, we lost a lot of time, because the entry to the next salon was made taking into account the fitting here. When we told the employee that their conditions did not suit us and I clarified why they had not been warned about this when I booked the salon, they answered me: "And you didn't warn me that you were planning to rent a dress, not buy one." Although this situation could have been avoided if the rental conditions had been familiarized with when booking.

In truth, you can call "Courage" a wedding house. There is custom tailoring, and the timing is optimal. Only our own models, the dresses are not imported. A fairly large assortment for every taste of the bride) at the price is also acceptable. Knowing myself and my tastes, I chose one of the most expensive dresses!)) There are enough fitting rooms, as well as polite, qualified staff.

The Courage service is at the level of "home trials".
A review about how they demanded to pay the full price for my rental dress. What is the reason? Dirty hemline. Not blood, not grass, not alcohol. The funny thing is that the day before we discussed with the employee Valeria that corrosive stains, such as wine, are not allowed, but you don't have to worry about a dirty hem, because this is normal, especially since the dress has a train)
But after calculating by eye, the salon staff decided that the degree of contamination had been exceeded. It turned out very technically and competently)))
Then they methodically insisted on a receipt (some kind of theme from the 90s) and half the trouble was that the dress had to be bought back because, according to them, it could not be restored, (p.s. although in correspondence they already wrote to me about replacing the layer)
The most interesting thing is that they wanted to keep it for themselves, for what reasons, if they paid for the dress in full, it is also unclear (some topic from the 9th part 2).
In general, the aftertaste remained wonderful)
Conclusions about the work of the salon were made even before this situation, but these stories are already fading after today.

I sincerely do not understand why this salon is considered one of the best. Probably because of the publicized social networks and unusual dress designs. The designs are really impressive, I haven't seen this anywhere else, but you won't see the dresses up close yet. The ones that were brought to me were made of cheap fabrics, sewn as it turned out, some dirty. Anyone who understands sewing or sews himself will understand that the designs are terrible. The train in none of the dresses offered to me was sewn to the lining and as a result lived a separate life. Hire a person right away who will carry it for you😅 Dresses are very heavy compared to similar models from other salons. On closer inspection, it can be seen that they sew not for quality, but for quantity. After fitting, all my hands were scratched with dresses, but I did not measure embroidery / sequins, I do not understand where, apparently from corsets.
Now about the staff. I will immediately clarify that I was with the organizer, and when the organizer is present, everyone tries. They offered tea/coffee with sweets. But the arrogance was still read😅 they did not offer to measure it with a veil or with a headband. Everything is somehow dry and prim, as if they came to visit where we were not expected.

Unfortunately, the expectations did not coincide with reality at all (We came to the fitting by appointment. The consultant girl wasn't interested at all. We asked her everything ourselves. As a result, we spent only 20 minutes there, there was no desire to stay there anymore, it is clear that employees do not care about customers, unfortunately. I expected much more from such a "cool" wedding house. I just have something to compare it with, because before that I was in another salon, where customer orientation is 1000 times better.

A hyped salon where the quality does not match the price. There are no new dresses in the popular minimalism style and laconic models at all. Decor, rhinestones, beads, fabrics look cheap. The fitting took half an hour and then to fill the time. The expectations did not match the pictures in the catalog at all.

We are a young couple, we were walking on the weekend and decided to come in and look at the dress. The door is closed. A blonde girl with short hair who opened the door blocked the way and said that they needed to sign up. Okay, they asked if they could come in while there are 20 minutes before the recording, go in to see the dresses-they let them in. The girl did not offer help, but simply went on to talk to a colleague at the counter. When my boyfriend approached one of the dresses and tried to take it off, the girl woke up, flew up and said that it was forbidden to take off dresses. IT'S FORBIDDEN TO TAKE OFF A DRESS TO LOOK AT IT, YOU KNOW. Well, maybe then it's worth offering your help, rather than leaving potential customers alone in the store. The dresses may be good there, I don't know, they didn't give us a good look at them, but the staff is the most disgusting I've ever met. Will I sign up for a fitting at this salon? I don't think anyone likes to feel doused in slop.
