Good day, I visit the conservatory, a large concert hall performances (concerts, etc.) in general, I am satisfied, complaints to the administration of the institution - when buying tickets, I have to explain to the staff that I am educated and know what a conservatory is, as they are trying to find places in the concert hall, so that it would be better for me I can hear that the last time when purchasing a ticket to an actual concert, they could not explain to me clearly at all what time the sales department starts working and when they will be on site, they were confused about the time, the beginning of their work. As I understood it, they were security personnel, there were no attributes, no organization security uniforms on them, but nevertheless, they answered my questions, evasively, tried to call the shift supervisor (security), nothing happened, it did not work out, and they did not call. I received a ticket for about an hour, because of the above-mentioned employees. Also, I ran to buy a ticket earlier, the sales department said (at the entrance) at lunch, did not insist on purchasing and waited again. Where do they recruit such employees, to work and who is it, is still a question for me.
