We stayed from 05/01/2025 to 05/04/2025. Great hotel! I strongly recommend it! Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel itself is located in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary for life. Room cleaning and towels are changed daily. Soap sets, toothbrushes, pastes, shoe sponges, etc. Secured Parking for each guest. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with delicious and varied breakfasts. In addition to breakfast, we ordered lunch and dinner (shurpa, manti, roast lamb with potatoes) - you will die! Great respect to the cook! The next time we visit Uralsk, we will definitely stay only here. Thanks to the management and all the staff of the hotel for the warm welcome and pleasant impressions! Keep it up !

The hotel is very cool. The location is convenient. Banks are within walking distance. Mobile communication coffee shops , grocery and alcohol stores. There is free parking inside the courtyard. The reception is large and spacious, beautiful, lots of mirrors and paintings. The staff is polite, absolutely everyone without exception. There is an elevator. Bar. We had a junior suite. We settled in three. The room is warm and clean, there is a tea table (free of charge) There are very good towels in the bathroom, there is a toilet set. Soap, shampoo gel, shaving machine comb, ear sticks and more. Shoe sponges. Everything for each guest. Breakfast buffet. Every day is different. Everything is fresh and delicious. We also went to a business lunch. It's also very tasty, everything is homemade. First, second tea and dessert. The money came out in pennies. If you haven't had time to eat elsewhere, I highly recommend the hotel restaurant. It so happened that we got there for dinner. The menu is varied. Everything is available. They work until late at night. There is alcohol. Pleasant atmosphere. Music. Design. Everything is very stylish and comfortable. There is a toilet, wash your hands, take off your outerwear and hang it up. They don't criticize pajamas. They are very courteous to every customer. I travel a lot and I have something to compare it with. I found this wonderful revenge myself based on reviews in maps. And you won't lose. A friend recommended another one. I dragged her into this one, and she said it was a million times better here. We checked in from another country, booked by phone. We paid in local currency (there are plenty of exchanges)

Just a great hotel!
We were very impressed. The room is spacious and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, and water were replenished every day. There was a mini bar in the room (extra charge).
There is also a sauna with a swimming pool. All hygiene products are provided.
Breakfast was included in the room rate, and we also had complex meals at the hotel. Everything was very tasty, satisfying and affordable, we didn't even go to other restaurants.
But the main advantage of the hotel is the staff. Very polite, friendly and caring. Thank you to every employee for their work!
I recommend you to check in, we will definitely come back!

On May 22, 2025, we stayed at the Kurmet Hotel. We rented two rooms. Everything is just fine.It's beautiful and cozy. We really, really liked it. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Well, the kitchen is the highest score. It feels like everything is done at the Kurmet Hotel with love and kindness.The location of the hotel is in the very center of the city. If you stay at this hotel, you won't regret it. Corresponds to the price/quality ratio. Located in the old part of the city. I guess there's a place to walk nearby. The rooms are simple but clean. The cleaning is good. There is everything you need. Water is supplied for free. The bathroom also has everything you need, accessories are available. The staff is responsive and works quickly. The breakfasts are meager, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any special takeaways. In general, considering the prices of other hotels in Uralsk, this is a good option.

A good compact hotel, there is a small parking lot, there is equipment and the attitude of the owners to the hotel, it is beautifully decorated, there is an elevator, its own restaurant,. But there are minor staff omissions, the rooms do not always have towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and soap may not be reported. There is breakfast. I recommend it this way.

We arrived from the Russian Federation at 21:00. There is no currency, there are no exchangers. Let go, burned, placed.
The rooms are good, the breakfasts are good.
We left before breakfast. They equipped amazing kits with them. Everything is delicious, appetizing and soulful!
The only caveat: it is located in the center, beautiful, cozy, but far from cars and railway stations. But the coziness and comfort more than compensate for it all.

A good hotel. We stopped twice. Clean, quiet, calm. There is an internal parking. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, tea and coffee and a bottle of water in the room. There is a hairdryer, slippers, and a bathrobe. Wi-fi. Breakfast is included. On my first visit, there was a buffet-not very varied, but quite sufficient. On the second arrival, breakfast was served by a waiter, which was also quite sufficient Of the disadvantages: despite the occupancy of two people in a standard double room, a set of towels, a bathrobe, slippers, etc. were only for one person. The second set was brought only at our request. Well, it's expensive, I think.

It seems to be clean, but the devil lies in the little things:
- the old doors are opened with a key with a huge protein to remember about the key.
- the doors from the cabinets creak
- I barely closed the door in the refrigerator, since the cabinet is made end

- the blinds on the windows are metal and bent. Why if there are curtains?

A decent hotel. The interior is fresh, the rooms (there were 4) are good, especially those with bay windows are cool. Closed Parking for guests, not paved, but without dirt. Sane wifi in the rooms. Pleasant, attentive staff. A good breakfast buffet. Great location in the center.
Of the disadvantages :
- the patio is a little ridiculous. Of course, it is covered with a photobanner from the surrounding unfinished buildings, but there is no shelter from the sun or rain for coffee and a cigarette.
- default coffee beans are not included. Liquid breakfast is available for a fee, there is no car in the lobby. And after foreign hotels, it's already a habit. But this is for an amateur.
- parking in front of the entrance is made so that it blocks the sidewalk. In my opinion, this is disrespectful to the neighbors.
In general, a very decent hotel in the center, but there is much to strive for.

The breakfast is superior to some 5* hotels, the choice of food is quite wide. I liked the hotel. Two disadvantages, there is no private parking on site and a very brightly glowing clock near the bed. If we are in Uralsk, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay!
