Gorgeous territory, the most beautiful lake Issyk-Kul! The nature is gorgeous, the beach is clean. We ate on the territory mainly in a cafe called "Breeze", normal cuisine, quite tasty. Cons - beds in the rooms. At first we lived in a house - good filling, but the bed is terrible. Then we moved to kopmakt for a day- it's definitely better not to take it, pay extra for the standard!!! There are very uncomfortable beds everywhere!
The extraordinary beauty throughout the hotel, and its landscapes fascinate from the first second of your stay!!! We had a rest in the presidential apartments!!!🫶🏻Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. We had a wonderful holiday for the whole family at this hotel. We confidently recommend it to anyone who is still thinking about whether to relax here or not🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
A double opinion. It's more like a sanatorium with medical procedures plus swimming in the lake. Almost nothing has changed since Soviet times...like a time capsule. But there are many medical procedures and they are effective, although everything is on the verge of collapse. The main part of the procedures is from morning to lunch. Bring an extract from your therapist with a list of your ailments - so the doctor will ask you to prescribe procedures. There are no procedures on Sunday, Saturday is a shortened day. The food is almost dietary, although varied. Calories are very calculated - despite small portions, there is no feeling of hunger. If you have / God forbid / diabetes, you need to inform the administrator in the dining room and you will receive porridges and compotes without sugar. But we need to remind the waiters - they often change. The rooms are very shabby, the lighting fixtures are often not lit, the furniture almost falls apart. The cleaners need to be reminded about cleaning the rooms! Shampoo and soap are provided, but there is no shower gel in sight. Upon arrival, the check-in was waited for 1.5 hours, simply because the administrator went out in an unknown direction. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, although there are a couple on which it says - for free. Be prepared for the fact that the water is very cool - an average of 20-21 degrees. Do not forget a towel for the beach, as there is simply no such service. One of the advantages is the great effectiveness of medical procedures and bathing in the lake itself. The excellent attitude of the locals towards the Russians. There is no language barrier at all - everyone knows Russian. A gorgeous park, fresh air, general tranquility. For a fee, excellent massage therapists and cosmetologists of a high level - I highly recommend it! If you are used to the comfort of 4 stars, then this is not your option. If you can overlook the obvious imperfections, then the effectiveness of the treatment outweighs the inconvenience.
In general, you can have a good rest: clean, cozy. If you regularly attend the procedures, the result will be visible in a week. But if you take blood tests in this sanatorium, you need to be prepared for the fact that you will have to take it a couple of times
This is the third time we are staying at this hotel. We rent a cottage with two bedrooms and a terrace. The lake can be reached both on foot through a well-groomed territory and by electric car.
Lovely friendly staff
The best luxury park on the lake shore. The number of rooms in the building requires renovation, in cottages and townhouses for a solid four. But only in the warm season, there is no heating in the houses. Food without pretensions, in the sense of a Soviet sanatorium, the supply is more modern. Internet is only available at the reception.
A very beautiful place, a magnificent park. Polite staff. One of the disadvantages is the kitchen. Not all the dishes were liked. The rooms are Soviet, but in a well-groomed, tidy condition. There is a mud clinic, but I haven't been there. The lake itself is simply magnificent!
Great territory and beach! There are no complaints about the numbers either. The staff is friendly.
The only disadvantage is the inability to pay with a card in a restaurant
We had a vacation with our family in July 2022. The TV and safe did not work in the room, they were repaired at my request. There was no plug in the bathroom, they refused to provide it, citing the fact that they did not have a spare one. There was a kettle and glasses in the room, but there was no water or tea itself. There is no phone in the room either. When paying for a room, they ask you to specify one amount in the questionnaire, and charge above it for the room. I won't go there a second time, because with this approach and service, rooms should be twice as cheap.
Excellent rooms, very beautiful and well-maintained territory! The weak link of this resort is the Arbat cafe. You'd better go eat at the Breeze cafe on the beach, there's a great kitchen and a view of the lake!
The lake is great, the beach is clean, the rooms are below average, the food is below average. The hotel grounds are excellent

The sanatorium from the 70s, was nostalgic about the service of those years, as well as about the building itself, furniture... everything works (!), which means the quality of the USSR.
A beautiful well-maintained huge enclosed area - almost a forest. Nice beach

The main building - the condition of the rooms differs from the photos on the website. Leaves much to be desired. The rest is treatment, territory, beach, food for 4. The staff is polite, attentive.
A very beautiful place, the nature is just excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel, the water in the lake is just super, the sand on the beach is really golden. It's a little expensive, of course. There is a cafe on the territory, but the food is tasteless, the usual pizza 30 cm margarita cost us about 3000 tenge.
Excellent post-Soviet heritage. A gorgeous park with trees and lawns. Mushrooms and berries. You can say the forest. We always come to Bulan sogota, rent an apartment and go to Aurora to jump from the pier. There are all conditions for all people. An apartment can be rented from $ 18- $ 35 per day is good. Of the cons, beer is more expensive there than everywhere else by $ 0.30 and that's it! There is a cafe near the Elite. You can eat there, but lagman is not very good. Before the evening programs, you can go to Bastyri. A taxi for 7 people can be called for $ 3!!! They will pick you up from home, take you to the beach or Ferris wheels. Had fun at 12 a.m. back for $3. More about Aurora:
50som entrance per person - 0.85$
Cottage for 7 hours with meals and treatments - $ 200
Aurora climate 2h meals 50$
A great place to relax. It is not for nothing that cosmonauts used to undergo rehabilitation here after flights. There is perfect cleanliness everywhere, birch, walnut, oak alleys. And the lake.... the water is the purest, pesrk...as if the ashes were specially sifted and washed before our arrival. I really liked it. I've been there 3 times. But there is no direct flight from Volgograd, and transfers are expensive....
The author + these are several three-storey cottages on the territory adjacent to the large "Soviet" sanatorium Aurora. Each house has its own kitchen. A private beach is 200-300 meters away. The cost is 3-4000. neat and pleasant.
A beautiful place, a gorgeous park, a nice beach. To write dirty numbers is just to keep silent. You can't do that!!! Dirty floor, bathroom, furniture, dishes. They asked me to get out, as if they didn't understand what they were asking for! THE HORROR! We bought rags and a remedy, washed it ourselves in 2 hours. Many thanks to the chefs and staff of the restaurant! Fresh and delicious pastries, you can swallow your tongue. July 2019
In general, I like everything, I did not like the beds , the dishes in the cottage are dirty, the toilet is dirty, in general, we do not advise you to spend your vacation here
