Tickets from Kutaisi to Batumi, however, cost 2 lari. But the train goes for 4 hours, you have to be ready for this.
If your budget is unlimited, you can buy tickets on the Georgian railway website and leave from another railway on a high-speed train that goes from Kutaisi to Batumi in 1:40 hours, but costs from GEL 30. The choice is yours.
There are also trains to Tbilisi, the cost is up to 10 lari.
There are few normal carriages at the station. It's easier to draw near the train station on zabroshka than at the train station itself. There are also people there at night and at night.
