Not organised. My registration started only 1.5 hours before the flight. And I think it was the main reason of delay.
Metal chairs in hall make my doctor's cry.

Nice, spacious airport. There is a place to sit, charge gadgets, a cafe, an exchanger. There is a large paid parking nearby, where you can park your car for several days.

A new, beautiful and very modern airport. We really liked it there. There are recumbent soft places! You can charge your phone, there are clean toilets everywhere.
But most importantly! I went to the smoking area in the late dark and was delighted!! It's so beautiful, you can't take your eyes off it. No photo will convey that real magical atmosphere. You can't breathe fresh air there, but it will be pleasant to the eyes.

If it were possible to put 0, this is exactly the assessment that the employees and the organization of the entire process of this airport deserve. Arriving in 3 days!!! We were an hour late for boarding, I have never seen such game at any airport. Check-in started on time (2 hours in advance, OK!), barely everything, and sending luggage to the tape and issuing boarding passes. As a result, we spent more than an hour in this queue. Then there are 40 minutes left before departure!!! And then voila, 4 Wizz planes also finish with boarding and, of course, everyone goes to the general queue for inspection and then!passport control (as a result, 5 flights in one queue), I saw such a game for the first time. From the departure hall, I hear that the boarding is over, they ask me to come to the departure desk urgently! But no one cares at all. As a result, grabbing the children, passports, and the last nerves, we ran to the counter, where two more of the same were standing (where the rest were unclear, because people were standing in line behind us), boarding was over, for an additional.We were taken by bus to the plane. It turned out there that there were still not enough people, then another guy was brought and that was it. Despite the fact that there were the same braking employees at the departure desk, who gave out boarding passes and feigned surprise. As a result, the plane flew away. I haven't felt such nervous tension for a very long time, we just might not have left because of the negligent, vile and disgusting staff service. Not a foot in this airport anymore. I love Georgia, their hospitality, cordiality. But this airport is beyond the limit.

A small airport. The staff understands Russian-speaking tourists. The staff is mostly friendly. Two halls: arrival and departure. There are few trash cans. There are many outlets in the departure hall with the ability to recharge gadgets. Cakes with local products. An excellent airport was built in Kutaisi. Small, clean, with great places to wait.I especially liked the terrace on the street with greenery. The staff keeps it clean. The transfer was long and I had time to appreciate the care of cleanliness in the halls and the toilet. Hopefully, with an increase in destinations, the airport will keep the brand.

It's a good airport. Responsive and attentive staff! Duty Free is not big like in all small airports. Perfume , alcohol and sweets. There are a couple of cafes. And most importantly, there is a place for charging in each seat.

A brand new airport. But it is very small, there is little space and services. For example, there is no business lounge. While waiting, many are sitting on the steps, there are not enough benches. The airport is trying to master the niche of a transfer hub, but there is clearly not enough capacity. However, the days spent at the transfer in Gudauri were interesting and delicious.

Employees do not know the rules of baggage transportation.They don't want to speak Russian, no matter what country you're from.I had to contact a representative of Belavia, and after a long wait they were registered for the flight.In the men's toilets, half of the doors are missing, in the women's they simply do not close.The washbasins partially do not work, the hand dryers do not work either.Wi-Fi works in some parts of the airport, and where it does, it's disgusting.
PS We have been to Georgia more than once, but this airport proved that Georgia is not as hospitable as it was.
