I haven't been here for a long time, more than 2 years. My cousin didn't let me down! Good menu, excellent cooking quality, polite and attentive staff. Nice interior! In general, we were more than satisfied! We will continue to visit this place, not all menu items have been tried yet :)

Quinoa salad conquered. Snacks are decent in weight, for 4 people.It's enough. I liked the choice of wine. The waiters are polite, they can really help with the choice. Desserts are a separate topic. Very tasty, homemade. Pear tart is just a delight! Kanesh, all this pleasure costs money and not a little. But for gourmets, that's the thing. So treat yourself, I recommend it!

The only place I've visited where all the dishes are DELICIOUS. The menu consists of dishes from various cuisines of the world. At the same time, you can order bread based on 40 years of sourdough of their own production. When we first visited Kuzina, my daughter decided that she would celebrate her birthday there. We recently returned there and celebrated our daughter's birthday there.
Good service and a cozy interior contribute to the overall impression of the restaurant. I advise everyone to visit Kuzina!

The kitchen is delicious. The interior is quite pleasant. They bake their own (delicious) bread. The price tag is above average. I did not like that tea is served only with a kettle (there is a whole kettle in one). As a result, I ordered coffee, which was never delivered. Tashkent tea with dried apricots is great.
Beef rib is normal, but sauerkraut lacks sauerkraut.
Pinot gris by the glass, declared in the menu was not enough. The Savignon blanc was quite New Zealand, easily recognizable, of the right temperature.

It's just terrible) we were at breakfast today. The waiter was a specific sloth. I did not advise, did not approach, DID NOT TALK. Until I told him, "Are you even listening to me?" to which I received the answer "yes" with the same lowered head and without contact.
He brought the order and left. Another girl was counting on us, who was just passing by. I told her to tell the receptionist that this young man had simply disappeared and he was NOT allowed to work as a waiter. To which she replied with a hit-and-run: WHY?
Dear leader, boss or someone else. If you FORCIBLY take 12% of the service, this does not mean that your waiters should behave absolutely indifferently to customers. This means that they should pay EVEN MORE attention to the guests and visitors. Even if the kitchen is ok, the service is full bottom. I will never come back here and I will not advise anyone.

The restaurant is very good. The atmosphere of the middle and second half of the last century (still familiar to many), the well-chosen interior in each of the banquet (VIP) halls corresponds to the theme laid down in their name (grandmother's room, pantry, flower room). The staff is very polite and attentive. And of course the kitchen!
