I was doing repairs after the car got into an accident. According to the owner, the workshop is working officially, with documents. It was important to me, because the repairs were at the expense of the insurance company. It was necessary to restore the bumper and its fasteners, as well as to paint. Also align the wing. Repairs were done quickly, an invoice was issued, and I paid. I did not receive any documents about the completed works, and when I asked to write them out, I received only a guarantee for a day... The car was very necessary, so I didn't pay attention, took the keys and drove off. After two days of use, I noticed that the wing that was under repair was rubbing against the door, scratching and erasing the paint... I went to them, they straightened my wing, and that was it... I also turned a blind eye to it... And after 2.5 months, the paint on the bumper began to fade.... After a short time, the bumper flew off the fasteners, as a result of a slight bump in the bumper, nothing serious, no dents, no scratches... When they arrived at other craftsmen, they were surprised that there were not enough fasteners on the bumper. As they explained to me, the bumper was only bolted to me, and the plastic lining connecting the bumper and the wing was simply missing... And this is visible due to the gaps between the fenders and the bumper. It also turned out that the plugs for the fog lights are screwed on with screws... On the screws... In the event of a serious accident, it's scary to imagine what they can damage... I didn't have enough experience or knowledge to carefully evaluate the quality of repairs, because I don't have any experience at all, and I don't own much of a car. Other masters have already suggested this to me... I was also confused by the moment of payment, there was one amount for cash, but when paying with a card, the amount was more. It suggests the idea of non-payment of taxes.I do not recommend this service, the quality of the work is low. Be careful and careful.
