A friend ordered two wings for a 406 peugeot, he is located 300 km from Grodno. The car has already been disassembled, they promised that the deadline is 10-15 days and everything will be ready. As in most reviews, they promised and just disappeared. As a result, a month passed and no one called, a friend dialed himself, they said be patient, it's not ready yet.
As a result, they seemed to have done it and promised to bring it on Monday, you can't take it from them yourself, apparently a secret basement production, either they will bring it around the city, or the "arrow" on the highway 🤣🤣🤣
As expected, no one called and brought it on Monday!
Today is Friday and lo and behold, I have a bell and wings, they brought me even without the slightest packaging, the wings were just lying on the floor of the sprinter! I will add the quality of performance later, although I already understand that anything can happen with this attitude.
As a result, they probably just forget about the orders and do not fulfill them.
On Kufara, you can buy a pair for 300 rubles and probably it will be no worse than these for 500 rubles.
The attitude towards customers is terrible, it's just a shame for Grodno! The receipt was also not given, this will be indicated to the competent authorities.

So far, this is not for the wings - for working with the client. They sent a letter to the Moscow representative, and have been waiting for wings and miracles for almost a month. There were never any questions!!!! And those who do not have gaps or any other questions... change the specialist...or touch up your pens!!! The best in the RB market. And the girl who answers the phone is always polite!!! I think if you ask 1000 questions to any person ..the plan (they will not get up,, gap, etc ..) here anyone will lose their nerves. the company is so-so, they write everywhere that everything fits clearly!! But this is not the case, when buying and trying to install on the passat b6, which did not get in the face, the left wing flew up over the hood by 4mm!! at the same time, the edges were normal on the headlight hood. The manager offered to raise the hood, but ignored the remark that the gaps of the hood stand and the hood of the headlight would go away. Later, I was blocked in contact altogether. They wrote in votsap that I could come to them for installation, but they did not give an answer to the question about paying for the road and the lost day in the case of a matrix curve and, accordingly, a wing, turning on the ignore in votsap. A very dubious firm. I made an order 2 days ago and silence.... All phones are turned off and it doesn't matter what time you dial. No one is responding on social networks, although online. It's the same story in Viber... I called all the fiberglass companies. They answered everywhere and explained everything, unlike KUZOVPLASTIK. The only thing is unclear why, but they are all from Grodno. 2 days later, a nervous woman called and just offered to pick up the wings on the robin tomorrow. To the questions "who is this", she replied that she was from Grodno. Damn, it's not even funny.. I've talked to a lot of people from Grodno in these 2 days. At least some specifics are possible. You represent the products.
The result is as follows:
1)KUZOVPLASTIK absolutely does not care about customers and personal reputation.
2) Although the company is positioned in Belarus, the majority of reviews are about "Belarus".
3) It's a pity that I can't write a review about the quality of the products themselves, but if this attitude towards customers is already at the design stage, then it's scary to imagine the rest....
