I recently visited the Apartment No. 3 cafe and, although it used to be more fun here, now the atmosphere is still pleasing. The interior is cozy and stylish, which creates a pleasant mood from the very entrance.
The menu is varied: from classic dishes to interesting author's items. The service is excellent — the staff is polite and helpful, which is always a pleasure.
Although it lacks the special energy that it used to have, Apartment No. 3 is still a great place to meet friends. I recommend you to take a look!

The staff is young, generally not bad, the hookah man is a separate person, did not quite catch the mood of the company and gave out such a phrase as "I advise you not to blow your brains ..." this phrase was a little confused, in general the hookah was good. The wine menu is a little sparse, I would like a little more choice. But I wouldn't really pay attention to it, because I'm omnivorous, I didn't stay hungry. Although there are 3 things that make a party a success! It's delicious food, pleasant company and good music. Of the three components, I was satisfied with one! The DJ clearly lacks taste and understanding of what kind of music to put on. For the most part, it was even difficult to distinguish the compositions from each other, because the mind-ca-mind-ca is the same everywhere. When I asked him to put on good music, explaining that our company is the largest here, and we are musicians, he demanded money for each song. And we paid to dance heartily at least a few times. I wouldn't go to this place a second time... Something like this.... I wish you to improve the service, the quality of music and food! Because the location of the cafe is good.
