On 12/27/2024, we rented a three-room apartment on Penyazkova d27 through this agency. Horror. The floors were dirty, sticky, and the socks immediately turned black. The apartment is all smoky, dust on all surfaces. It feels like they don't clean it at all. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, so I had to buy it. For that kind of money, everything must be perfect in a day. There was no cloth to wipe the table. The balcony is solid concrete, now I understand why the apartment is smoky. The only plus was that there were clean towels and bed linen, everything smelled of detergent and there were disposable shower gels, shampoo, soap. But the apartment is in terrible condition. And yes, it is written on the Wi-Fi website that it is, in fact it is not. There are old TVs that don't have an Internet connection.

We liked our apartment on Dokutovich, everything was clean and tidy, the apartment had the necessary small appliances, sets of towels and bed linen.
Very convenient check-in through the office. Everything was fast enough and not stressful. Convenient location near the train station (5 min walk).
The only negative that surprised us was that the photos in the ad were different from reality. In general, it is also a studio, also a double bed, also a folding sofa, also a kitchen set. But at the same time, the apartment was completely different. This did not interfere with our rest, the owner promised to improve.

When checking in, the employees give contradictory information and are not presented. At first they said that the registration would be in the apartment, and then in the office. As a result, time and money were spent on a taxi, there were no apologies.
After the eviction from the apartment (at 6:30 a.m., the keys were left in the mailbox). After that, at 17:00 on the same day, there was a call from their number, from which the man introduced himself as an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He announced that there had been a call to the apartment due to a gas leak, saying that all 4 burners were on (before leaving, everything was turned off and recorded on video) and the ”employee” stated that an act and a statement of wrongdoing were being drawn up. After asking for evidence, they refused, saying "they don't have to provide anything" and hung up. After contacting the dispatcher of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was found out that there was no call to this address. Be careful when renting an apartment from this agency, there may be scammers. (Soviet 111)
