All photos were sent to the owner and asked if it was normal. To which they received insolence in response. We heard that we do not know how to handle flowers and that they always put eucalyptus on a wire in bouquets of up to 100 rubles. So to speak, knowing the whole cheese collection from the inside, I realized that they shove production waste into bouquets and charge decent money for them. Business is business. In search of something new, I decided to leave the competition for KvetkaShop, which was a mistake for me.
I found a BEAUTIFUL bouquet on the website, which was available, and ordered it. I received a call that there were no flowers for him and she herself offered a bouquet of flowers as an alternative.
“Good news" was waiting for me in the morning, when the birthday girl sent me a photo of what I did not order! KvetkaShop sent a bouquet of multicolored alstroemeria and white roses in a cone, which was acceptable in the 90s, and not in modern floristry. The flowers are compressed in an incomprehensible pile instead of a voluminous spiral bouquet.
Counting on an adequate Belarusian service, I wrote to the guys to fix everything. I expected a quick reaction and apologies, but in response I received assurances that the flowers on the site are not white, but closed, and I do not see their real color! A great attempt to convince the client that white is black! And I ordered a bouquet in white and green. But what about the rest of the bouquet design?
As a solution, I received an offer to pick up the bouquet and return the money, or bring the bouquet and the florist will photograph them as on the website. Should I have sent all these requests to the birthday girl?
I asked to deliver what I ordered and pick up a bouquet that doesn't match. The answer is that the bouquet has been delivered.
It's a pity that my aesthetic requirements are higher than those of the guys from Kvetkashop, who do this professionally.
