I've read the guys' previous reviews. I completely agree with them. It's a pity that I didn't do this before arranging the bouquet. How to pay was demanded and written almost every half hour. And as their delivery was delayed by 4 hours and 40 minutes, they hardly answered at all. No one took a photo of the bouquet. They brought it and take it away. I couldn't control it, in another city. They distracted me with this and detained the person for whom the bouquet was. They brought an untidy bouquet. Poorly packaged. Two stars just for bringing a bouquet at all.

We ordered flowers from this service on March 8 with delivery (it should be noted that they responded quickly and sent us the options). We paid within 5 minutes and sent all the details of the person. We agreed on delivery at 9 a.m.
As a result, the flowers did not arrive either at 9 or 10 or after lunch. After a few messages, they said they had already delivered, but in fact they didn't even call the recipient.
As a result, after 8 p.m. on the evening of March 8, a neighbor brought flowers and said that a man had brought her flowers with delivery.
Terrible service!
