calm these women down, please🙏🙏 I often buy flowers here at a shop near my house, and every time I go with the hope of not being overlooked from all sides and staying in a good mood. They don't like my combinations, then the budget is too small (70p), then I walk in sneakers in the cold (5 minutes from home), and it turns out that paper packaging is no longer in fashion and bush roses do not create volume, because they are not for this, and not because the branches are bald and drooping. I am always friendly and easy to get in touch, I respect the work of florists. Please respect your client, help with the choice and answer when asked, without giving unsolicited advice in a rude tone. Everyone has different requests, including I may need both a lush bouquet and a couple of unsightly flowers to my (!) taste. Flowers are generally normal, prices are the same as everywhere else. Understanding and warmth, thank you for reading.
Terrible service. They don't want to sell what the customer likes, but push their "right decision". Also, is it really that hard to say hello to a customer?
