On the same day, I did everything according to the instructions, sent them all the data by mail, so that in the end I would not receive either a response or a greeting in four days. I can't reach the support service. I was in line for six minutes, so that when she finally reached me and the beeps started, they hung up :) Four more attempts to get through did not bear fruit. Money is wasted. I will write a complaint, because it is impossible to tolerate this.

We bought two tickets to the performance in January 2025, but the event itself was only on 03/28/2025. We could not foresee that we would get sick and would not be able to attend it. I emailed kvitki.by following all the rules about ticket refunds. They delayed and did not respond, and later they said that the refund was only through the ticket office, since they had no agreement with the organizer. And the organizer said that it was too late to take it. It feels like their scheme is to throw money. In general, 350 rubles flew into the trash. We will no longer use their services ourselves, and we do not recommend them to others. Scammers.🤬
