We stopped by the Almaty Arena before the concert. Strategically the right place. You can have a drink (they don't pour it in the Arena) and in case of traffic jams, walk to the Arena in 25-30 minutes. The beer is delicious.

I was there when the cafe first opened and I don't know if the menu has changed there.
