All the staff speaks English well, I booked a visit both times in advance, everything is very well coordinated, the service is five minutes.
I also like the ablution procedure itself: gentle, comfortable, relaxing (attention! You will be touched and washed, who does not know). I don't really like their shampoo, but it's a matter of individual preference, and you can always identify what you don't want during ablution. They will learn all the health features in advance.

The procedure was as follows: they rinsed with water, put it on a warm stone, lay there for 15 minutes, then washed for 15 minutes, then wiped and took it to the recreation room...
