Unfortunately, I can only appreciate this place as a tourist who has visited this place once. But they laughed enough. Pools with warm water and a slight smell of hydrogen sulfide! Tourists soaked like Japanese macaques, slowly drifting into hotter containers, showering themselves and others with icy water from barrels along the way. The grayish mud of not the first freshness escapes those who dream of wallowing in it. The hard jets of rhodon mineral water slap loudly on the substituted bodies, beating off the incendiary rhythm and kidneys.
All for the sake of purification and health! The toilet is paid, so there is absolutely no confidence in the primordial nature of the liquid filling the vats. It warmed up and then in a barrel with cold water!!!
Administration, turn on the light in the locker rooms, otherwise it gets dark early and changing clothes with a flashlight from the phone is somehow not convenient.

I can only tell you about the "new" Kyndyg spring, or rather the new baths at the spring, because there are also "old" ones - these are two different sources in Kyndyg.
A minibus runs from the market for 200 rubles in one direction, you can get on at other stops, but then you will have to drive standing up, since in high season the minibus fills up quickly at the market and goes on without stopping.
In cool or rainy weather, hot pools are very useful! The temperature in the pools is not stable, it was there 4 times and it was different each time. The same goes for the purity of the water, sometimes mud swam, and sometimes completely clean water- I find it difficult to say what it depends on. But the water is certainly cleaner in the early morning than in the afternoon and there are fewer people.
Perhaps this has nothing to do with bathing in the spring, but after 4 times the hair began to fall out strongly... I can't even imagine any other reasons besides the impact of these waters.
I think the composition of the water does not suit everyone equally. But I am not an expert, this is my subjective opinion.

A super place! We were with the family 3 times. There is a hot tub, a warm, less warm one, as well as cold hydrogen sulfide baths and still cold water in barrels. There are also mud baths. The ticket costs 300 rubles. The toilet costs 10 rubles, it is average (a hole). And so everywhere is clean, there are a lot of places for changing clothes and they are of good quality

The only disadvantage is that they do not clean up the garbage, piles lie between the eucalyptus trees. Is it really that hard to do this? I really wanted to leave my feedback.
In general, as there was no such disappointment, everything was quite expected.
From the cool: charcot shower.
Now to the cons:
1. Overgrown benches under this very shower or just rusty;
2. Dirt is just a TOP swamp, into which dirt just merges after washing people, and you scoop with a shovel and apply it on yourself;
3. The same overgrown thermal springs;
4. But the super-class is paid toilets! Pay for the entrance and also pay for the toilet (even 10 rubles, but still). I assume that people go to the toilet in the bushes (yak smells) or to the same thermal springs (cool? definitely).
In general, the score is 2/5 for nature on the way to this source + for the charcot shower.
You might as well go to a free spring and dig in the dirt there.

We visited the springs in February. And it's a beauty and a real thrill. The weather was fine, there were few people. The pools are spacious and deep, you can swim. The temperature is also very cool and comfortable, from warm to hot. I also liked waterfalls with different temperatures and pressures. I definitely recommend this place to visit.

We noticed that in the morning the water in the baths is cooler than in the evening. There is an area for children with a slide and rental of vests and armbands, if the children are bored at all, there is a trampoline. There are places and things to eat, cafes and various kiosks on site that have everything from water with boiled corn to waffles with ice cream. We got from Gagra by minibus for 400 rubles per person and walked along the road for 15 minutes. The places are beautiful. You can get from Sukhum for 150 rubles. Ask to stop at 1 source.
It is better to arrive in the morning by 10-11, because after 12 they start bringing buses with excursions and there are more people.
Changing rooms are available
I did not like the Graze puddle, there is no normal approach. And the mud is not what I imagined it to be - a mixture with sand - for an amateur. It is definitely worth a visit.

I have been to Abkhazia many times. I really love the beauty of their nature. This time I was lucky enough to visit the spring. 4 pools with different temperatures. It's 37 degrees in the first one. The rest are a few degrees higher. The last one was very hot for me. Probably around 42-43. I remembered the fairy tale about the Humpbacked Skate. None of us cooked, but it was a little hot. I also liked Sharko's jets. If it's not up to fanaticism to be under them, then very much so. There are changing rooms and a toilet. There are also barrels of cooling water, which is also cool. We have been coming here for several years with the whole family. We love this place very much. An innovation has appeared, to notify with a siren about the end of work. But after all, people come here not only to relax, but also to be treated with children. Such a sound is a shock to them!!! When I went to the guards to tell them, they yelled at me, explaining that there were sirens on the road too. I ask the administration to take action.
