I have been living in this residential complex for almost a year. It's fine! The yard is clean and well maintained. The infrastructure is wonderful! There is EVERYTHING nearby! It's a long list! The rowing channel is nearby, which is good for sports and just for walking. Some here complain about frequent water shutdowns. Firstly, they are not frequent! Secondly, the house is high-rise, 18 floors, water is supplied by pumps from above, they work for days, it is clear that they heat up and the protection turns off for a while! People are normal! The only thing is that cars are cramped, but this is subjective!

The staff is rude, they sell the goods late and more than once! They are outraged at the replacement of goods, they are forced to pay extra! In a word, it's not a particularly pleasant place! Take care of your health and buy in trusted places!
