Kyzyl-Zhar. My favorite hotel in the heart of my favorite city. And my favorite number is 627.
I stay at this hotel all the time. It has everything. Cozy rooms for every taste and budget, from economy to luxury. Breakfast is included in the price. Wi-Fi, TV with a variety of channels, both local and Russian. And most importantly, this magnificent view from the window to the central square.

A very decent lobby. Nice staff. Standard room for 4. Disposable slippers, clean towels, bottled drinking water. But for that kind of money, you could also buy disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The mattresses are terrible, the springs bulge, although the bed linen is clean, snow-white. Breakfast is included in the price, but it is better not to take it.

Отличная гостиница. Номерной фонд на любой бюджет. Цены приемлемые. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Уборка в номере осуществляется каждый день. В летний период очень не хватает кондиционера в номере, очень жарко. В оплату включены сытные завтраки. Напротив есть парк аттракционов. Вокруг много всяких кафе и обменных пунктов валюты. В шаговой доступности - рынок. Рекомендую.

Definitely a three. For 30,000 tng, in my opinion, at least there should be one large bed and hot water to wash. It seemed to me that the shower doors were already withered, I barely opened them. In general, it's not bad, but the price tag is clearly inadequate for such a service.

It's a pity I didn't take photos, we spent the night in a quadruple room, an old Soviet hotel requiring major repairs in the room, there are no air conditioners, chipboard doors painted with brown floor paint, no hot water, breakfast is one name, just in case I looked at the bugs first, I didn't find it. The price at this level of service is too high, but I didn't have the strength to go somewhere.

It's a terrible place, the administrator is like the commandant in the dorm. There are no pillows, pillowcases with stains. When asked to change or give a couple more pillows, the answer is no. We barely asked for blankets, we made them ourselves. There is no water, but you can buy it at breakfast. The rooms are like in a dorm.

Convenient location. But the number!😥 repairs have not been done since Kazakhstan joined the USSR! The mattress is very sagging, the pillow is plucked... no water for you in the room… Of course it's cheap. This saved from minus 1 more ball. The bathroom is narrow, cramped. With a semi-sitting bath, with a high side. Climbing is very inconvenient. The restaurant in the building is closed. There is breakfast on the 3rd floor. Milk rice porridge, a sandwich with cheese and butter, a little jam. Sausage with mashed potatoes yet. Compote and tea/coffee. That's all. Coffee is of course only instant. There is a coffee machine in the lobby with a good selection of coffee (grain). But he does not accept cash and cards of the Russian Federation. That's why I couldn't buy coffee. At the exit they said that you need to take a number! There is no bar, there is no water! What to take?! Am I going to take the TV with me?😂🤔

При посещении Петропавловска всегда останавливаюсь в этой гостинице. Есть два типа номеров: с ремонтом и без.
В номерах с ремонтом всё хорошо сделано, новая мебель, ванная комната. Единственный минус, это приходится долго ждать, пока побежит горячая вода, сказывается это тем, что номера с ремонтом находятся на 4 и 5 этажах(по крайне мере, именно на этих этажах попадались мне номера)
В целом всё сделано неплохо, рядом так называемый местный Арбат, где летом можно погулять или зайти куда-нибудь перекусить.

There are few places where you will find such quality. It's blowing out the window. Every morning, a cart with dirty underpants and socks of the sports team was left in front of my door. So what if I live on the same floor with them... I came to breakfast, and there was a meeting of this very sports team... There are no seats available. They are sitting and discussing their sports issues. I have to leave! I can't and don't want to wait!!! After breakfast, they couldn't stay here?! If you have a conference room in disrepair... I would hardly recommend it

Гостиница очень хорошая, большая. На 5 этаже свежий ремонт. Номера чистые, тёплые. Персонал вежливый. Завтрак входит в стоимость проживания. Есть буфет (не помню на каком этаже). На первом этаже есть ресторан. Стоимость проживания в номерах приемлемая.

Хорошая гостиница в хорошем месте в центре. Удобно. Стоимость адекватная, полностью устроила.документы, регистрацию - всё предоставляют. Номера чистые, всё есть. Цена - качество соответствуют друг другу, не завышены

I wanted to buy and give a shower curtain. Well, guys, you can't have such baths, such curtains... You can't have plywood cabinets like that. You can't have so many synthetics in bed (mattress, pillow). It's blowing out the window. Lived at the same time as the sports team. Every morning there is a cart with dirty sports underwear at my door. For what? During breakfast, meetings are held in the dining room. There is no more time... I had to have breakfast in the room.
I would not recommend it.

Ужасная совдеповская гостиница. Все еле дышит, деньги на ремонт дальше ресепшена не уходят. Да, ценник не высокий, но стоит немного доплатить и получить адекватный сервис и комфорт. Воды в номере нет, на этажах кулера нет. Вход в номер был выломан и прикручен на саморез чтоб замок не падал. В номере небыло света. Пол ледяной, тапочек нет. О каких 3ех звёздах речь понятия не имею.
Когда обратился на ресепшен с просьбой дать копию документов о проживании - мне ответили "ваши проблемы, как хотите так и делайте копию". Хотя можно было потратить не больше 5 минут и сделать копию чека, любой кассовый аппарат легко это делает. Обидно что таких хамок допускают до работы с людьми.

чисто, персонал не назойливый, не хватает кондиционера летом, в номерах чайник, холодильник, телевизор -все работает.
Туалет и душевая в номере есть🌷

Номер чистый с удобствами, есть место для курильщиков, персонал вежлив и отзывчив,завтрак в восемь, разрешили посидеть в зале пока ждал такси, гостиница понравилась, рекомендую

Лютая колхозня. Еда отвратительная. В люксе на унитазе налет желто-коричневого цвета толщиной с палец. Помывочная это отдельная история: -тропический душ льет во все стороны, но не вниз, все отверстия в нем забиты налетом, поэтому вода вытекает из стыков лейки
-ручная лейка не фиксируется в держателе и всё время кивает вниз
-полотенцедержатель сломан и при малейшем касании падает на пол.
В номере холодно, без обогревателя никак. Все розетки находятся за мебелью. Кровать маленькая. Персонал на ресепшене разговаривает так, будто я у них занял круглую сумму и не возвращаю уже год.
Итог: цена в 30кТ не соответствует сервису и качеству номеров. Плюс: расположение и заселение на 24 часа независимо от времени приезда.

Пришлось несколько дней быть гостем гостиницы Кызыл-Жар. В основном впечатление положительное, но минусы есть. Номер был забронирован за з недели, но возникли проблемы, оказалось, что бронь не действительна, но вопрос решился быстро, предложили 5 этаж, с окнами на горсад. Номер стандартный 2 местный, по вечерам и часть ночи из-за наличия нескольких кафе, на улице, громкая музыка, окна закрыть нельзя, жарко. Уборка раз в сутки днём, смена белья раз в 3 суток. Выдаются талоны на завтрак в кафе на 3 этаже, но свежесть блюд вызывает сомнение, холодильника нет, а блюда из ресторана, не чистая посуда. Есть услуга вызова такси, на стойке администратора.
