We spent the night twice and twice with a dog. The first in September 23, the second in December 24. The second time the room was better. With a dog, they take it with disbelief. But they let us in anyway (they came in through the back entrance as they did the first time) thanks to the hostess of the hotel. The price for a night on 2.12.24 year is 8000 thousand. 2 people + a dog. A giant parking lot for trucks. At least 100 trucks can park, possibly more. Convenient check-in from two directions from both Almaty and Aktobe. There is a dividing line. It is difficult to get this permission from the gaiters. There is a sinoil gas station nearby. But I refueled at Qazaq oil.

We didn't stay at the hotel. We stopped by to eat. The traffic is large, so everything is fresh, the order was quickly given. It is quite tasty, the prices are average, the hall is clean, there is a place to wash your hands. A very good place to make a stop and have a thin hot meal on a long journey.

Places are not for families, not for children, people's looks as if you owe them something, to get to the hotel you have to go through a long dining room with a bunch of sweaty smelly slurping people who have been driving all day and now hate everyone around them.

The hotel is so-so, of the advantages there are 4 walls! The beds are a big minus, the shower is just a hose from the shower, there is no pressure from the word at all, you wait 12 minutes for hot water to go, everything is old in the room, the price is about 2000 rubles. Rubles are charged at the lowest exchange rate of Kazakhstan. At the cafe, the service is 0- rude, the client is not who, you must definitely call, otherwise you can sit for an hour, no one will come, they said to wait for food for 20 minutes, waited for 30 minutes, then they went, they finally brought borscht.
If you have not ordered tea, then you will also be waiting, + 10% for such service . If boiling water is needed, it is more expensive than tea, keep in mind. If it slightly exceeds the volume of the kettle, you pay double or even triple the price, respectively, you will be poured boiling water when they have time for it, you can wait about 2 hours, tested on yourself! these are their standards.
I have been to many places in Kazakhstan, here 1 time.

Further, there are some disadvantages: dirt on the floor, the floor is not washed in the rooms at all, the plumbing is all rusty and broken, instead of a shower watering can, the faucets are not working. Beds can be called beds only by appearance, otherwise it is a pile of junk and quilted jackets instead of mattresses, it is better to sleep just on the floor (if not for the dirt on this floor). The hostess reacts to everything like this - if you don't want to, don't live! (Zen of the highest level). The price tag is the same as in a good hotel, plus or minus. Who wants thrills or just got stuck like we have a bike.

My son is 6 years old, he sat with hunger and silently ate these pasta!! The tea is not fresh. We ate a salad and a flatbread. They tried to drink tea. They quarreled. They paid for tea, salad, and a flatbread 3900 and left. And they didn't hesitate to take more money at all!!! One star will be enough for them!!! There is a cafe nearby, 25 meters closer to the road, the map of the building does not show yet. The teahouse, apparently opened recently, but everything is delicious and twice as cheap!!!
