On November 29, I applied to KZHREUP Sovetskoye with a request to provide assistance in connection with the inaction of housing and communal Services-15 workers, who began to be called on November 25 due to a sewer breakthrough in the basement of the third entrance of 118 Barykin Street. The entrance to the basement is located in the entrance itself and besides the fact that the basement is flooded, including the premises of the residents of the entrance with personal property, the stench from the sewer is also present in the apartments besides the entrance. They promised to help, but no help was provided. As a result of an unresolved accident, the emergency service had to be called on the evening of November 29. Many thanks to the emergency workers (115), who immediately arrived and cleaned the sewers, but at the same time explained that a more thorough cleaning was needed and this was a temporary solution to the problem. The employees of neither KZHREUP Sovetskoye nor their ZHEU-15 enterprises reacted, no work was carried out. When will these employees deign to fulfill their official duties? The work of the managers and plumbers of the above-mentioned enterprises is extremely low and extremely unsatisfactory. Question: payment for utilities is made in full and on time, why are you not fulfilling your functional duties in the same way?

Continuation... the next day, Thanks to the Head of housing and communal services (after all, the information from the workers reached him, and nothing would have happened), under his control, the heating in the apartment was restored throughout the entrance... For which a huge Thank you from the residents!!! Well, as for the applications left earlier and all sorts of calls, you need to come up with something, they are simply not effective..

I ask you to solve the problem of the constant lack of hot water and a constantly cold towel rail, one riser at Rechitsky ave. 65 p 2. There is no result for multiple appeals to housing department 6, housing department does not solve the problem in any way, appeal 115 also did not give a result. The problem has not been solved for several years, but is only getting worse.
