The entrance to the basement is located in the entrance itself and besides the fact that the basement is flooded, including the premises of the residents of the entrance with personal property, the stench from the sewer is also present in the apartments besides the entrance. They promised to help, but no help was provided. As a result of an unresolved accident, the emergency service had to be called on the evening of November 29. Many thanks to the emergency workers (115), who immediately arrived and cleaned the sewers, but at the same time explained that a more thorough cleaning was needed and this was a temporary solution to the problem. The employees of neither KZHREUP Sovetskoye nor their ZHEU-15 enterprises reacted, no work was carried out. When will these employees deign to fulfill their official duties? The work of the managers and plumbers of the above-mentioned enterprises is extremely low and extremely unsatisfactory. Question: payment for utilities is made in full and on time, why are you not fulfilling your functional duties in the same way?

There is no result for multiple appeals to housing department 6, housing department does not solve the problem in any way, appeal 115 also did not give a result. The problem has not been solved for several years, but is only getting worse.
В 1 п.д. 44 пр. Речицкий 10 дней не работает лифт, а кжруп и дела нет, вот если бы сами поднялись с пакетами на 9 этаж зашевелились бы. А пожилые не могут выйти к подьезду. Дали тел. 508449но не дозвонится, все как всегда и люди без лифта!
только хотела поблагодарить,как получилось,что не за что.... Просила расшить и зашить термошов ,поскольку он посередине стены ,снего сквозит, п прикхали рабочие,после уговоров,так сказать, в сумме 2ч с перерывами по пару часов ,подбили стену,стена торцевая, потом заменили ,замазали и уехали, подходу к стене,как сквозило,так и сквозит. Видимо , придется из-за халатности рабочих и службы отдать последние деньги и сделать термошубу на стену. Обычный ремонт нас не спас. Проблема с 2015 года, обращались неоднократно, в рэу три года назад сделали видимость работы и забили, а до этого 9 месяцев искали автовышку.
Об остальных жалобах всего дома вообще молчу... Зубами выгрызать нужно все....чтобы условия соответствовали тому, что должно быть
Посещать не посещала, звонила той зимой, 2017-2018,общалась с девушкой, которая мне всё доступно объяснила, по поводу уборки снега во дворе, через два дня снег убрали, благодарна всем и КЖРЭУП Советскому и в горисполком звонила, помогли, спасибо за понимание.
