Friendly, helpful staff. Neat, miniature rooms. Despite the poor sound insulation and the shared shower (by the way, it is always clean), I rate it perfectly. Because these are rather small flaws in terms of level and cost than real flaws. Among other delights: Wi-Fi, slippers, bathrobe, headphones, earplugs, dishes, tea, cookies. A very nice hostel with everything you need. Washing machine, ironing board, shower, towel and toothpaste and brush are provided.
They sell coffee at the reception desk! (It's like a dream)
At the same time, tea, cookies, thermopot, and water are freely available.
There is a lobby for work or a business meeting. In addition, there is an office area, that is, you get into an office with living quarters.
Interesting facts about people staying in Almaty at different times (sometimes against their will). Respect for your sense of humor.

A hestic who changed all my early ideas. You think that the guest is a common room with a minimum of conditions, etc. No! Elegant rooms equipped with new furniture, kettle, mugs, TV, comfortable bed, bathrobes, towel, slippers (double room). The shared showers are in perfect condition. There is also a constant tea, cookies, sweets, a computer room.
Everything is very decent. I recommend.

Super hostel!!! Autumn is clean!!! A snow-white toilet, a clean very clean shower - everything is like at home!!! For the guests of the hostel there is a refrigerator, a thermal printer, cookies, tea leaves, the rooms are very clean, only there are no windows, but this is also not a minus if you come to spend the night. There are many cramped rooms (it is difficult to estimate their area from the photo) without Windows. Air conditioning is not effective everywhere. Among the advantages: access to tea, coffee and biscuits, location in the center.

I was in this hostel from September 28-2, 2022.
I was very pleasantly surprised by everything, cleanliness, sincere staff (the woman who cleans has become like a native).
The owners of the hostel put us in a room for 4, but we were alone all the time, no one was hooked up.
Special attention should be paid to the kitchen, pleasant, like a nice cafe and a panorama of the snowy peaks of the mountains
There are no windows in the rooms, this is nonsense, a good extractor hood, and the fact that no one will be moved in to you will make this a trifle.
I advise everyone, price + quality, there is a bus stop next to the hostel, so there were no problems with logistics.

I faced a very unpleasant situation during my stay. I asked the employee if it was possible to bring guests to the room. I got the answer that yes. After 2 hours, I come with a girl, we go to the room. He starts ringing the bell, breaking in to us, starts hitting on us with questions. Refer to some rules of the hostel (in which there is nothing on this topic). Didn't you just say that you can bring guests, ale? Moreover, she wasn't going to stay the night. I only went to visit for 2-3 hours.

A new Hostel, although in fact a hotel with separate rooms, but without Windows. I am satisfied. Anyway, just come to sleep. Silence: no gasps and screams, as it was in the previous living room, Cleanliness: bed linen and towels are new, clean. There is a "tea, coffee, liver", nearby (around the corner) a decent dining room where there is breakfast and dinner (open until late) for moderate money. The location is in the very center. For a traveler or a tourist, the best option.

A pleasant place, I spent the night here twice and each time for about a week. The rooms are windowless and very small, but that's enough. Daily cleaning, WiFi, unlimited cookies and tea, give a bottle of water every day. Bathrobe, towels, slippers. Shampoo in the shared shower. There is a washing machine that can be used. The most responsive staff will help you in any way they can!
