Good afternoon! We just returned from this hotel. The time of stay is from 08.09.23 to 21.09.23. The hotel, of course, is not 4*. The three of us had a rest with my friends (a married couple). The rooms are really very outdated. We had a view of the sea. The rooms were given large. And friends and me are the same! The only thing that pleased me was the view of the sea. One thing broke, then another. They didn't pay much attention to cleaning the room. The bed is made.the sand does not creak underfoot, the air conditioner is working, the toilet does not smell and it is already good. We came for the sun and the sea, so we only rested in the room after the beach and slept the night away. The attitude towards the Russians and the staff and the locals is very friendly. The only thing is, there is one terribly unpleasant guy in the bar. He is dissatisfied with everything, apparently he throws unflattering words at visitors in his own language. Well, that's for sure about us....all alcoholic drinks in the bar are DILUTED!!! 30%alcohol +70%water. But in this heat you won't drink much during the day, but in the evening you wanted to drink something, but everything is terrible!!!! The beach cannot be described in words. It's not a HORROR, it's something even scarier!!!!the sea was stormy for 11 days of our stay there and only 2.5 days we already swam normally, without fighting the waves. The beach shore is covered with huge piles of algae.No one cleans up. There is a pile of industrial garbage thrown out of the sea on the shore. The sea off the coast is getting dirty. It is very unpleasant to enter. We took sun beds in the shade and went to the nearby 5* beach.they wanted to take sunbeds there for a fee, but they were not allowed. We sat in the sea for 1 hour sometimes longer, so we went to lie down and warm up and back to their beach. The entrance is not so dirty there. The water temperature is +29. +30, so we couldn't get out of the sea yet and met a wonderful married couple from our St. Petersburg, but who have been living in Germany for 20 years. That's why we couldn't talk enough. About the food that they write there is nothing to eat and everything is tasteless....that's not true! And beef and chicken and turkey and mutton. Seafood was given once. There are a lot of sharp ones, but you can always find something not sharp. They came about forty minutes after the restaurant opened. And the people will disperse and there is food.at the beginning of September, there were a lot of people both local and from Algeria. But the children's school year starts at 15.09, so then it was even completely deserted.There is NO evening animation in the hotel. But the animators do their best during the day. Both the charging and the water field in the pool. We entertained ourselves in the evenings. The animators allowed us to choose the music we wanted and we danced or just listened to the mood. Do I recommend this hotel.? I think you should not go to this hotel if you are used to a more comfortable stay. You get used to it over time, but it's better not to spoil your vacation and go to better conditions. It's just the way we got here....because we bought a tour and believed the travel agent that the hotel was good and there were no reviews about this hotel yet!!!!

We were at the L ATRIUM 4 * hotel in late July and early August 2023 .We had a rest together with my sister .We have not seen a more terrible hotel for a long time, although we are not too picky tourists. The rooms are dirty. We were put in a room where nothing worked - no refrigerator, no safe, no phone, no TV, the air conditioner worked poorly, then they moved us to another room, but also no better. The only thing was that the air conditioner worked better there..The cooking is not just bad, but disgusting, it seems to me that the chefs there do not know how to cook.The buffet is very meager, you constantly have to stand in line to take a portion of some kind of food, there are no napkins on the tables, there is no salt, the chairs are mostly broken and fastened with wire - you sit on a chair, and its legs move apart From fruits only watermelons and a couple of times they gave melon.The pool is poorly cleaned, the sun beds near the pool are broken And the worst thing is that the hotel beach is generally impossible to swim there, since the beach is all dirty, algae on the shore and two meters into the sea. No one cleans this dirt - the algae rot and emit a terrible smell The beach is not equipped, the sun beds are stacked, broken, Our tour operator advised us to go a little further away and swim in the sea there, we did so, the sea is really clean, but this is the beach of another hotel. They don't give us sun beds there, that is, you can swim, but you can't take a sunbed. In general, we pay money and a lot of it, but we get such a spoiled vacation. Four stars it looks like this hotel was painted according to "blat". I have never written reviews, but here I just can't keep silent.Save your money and nerves. I do not advise anyone to choose this hotel for a vacation. Buffet menu: 1. Carrots grated on a grater 2. Coffee from a coffee machine (queue three kilometers) coffee tastes terrible 3. Fried sausages photo attached (similar to ficalia) 4. Grated beetroot 5. Shredded cabbage (all these vegetables without cheese without salt without anything ...) 6. Bread was not every day. 7. French fries (not every day) 8. Pasta is very spicy, it is not even possible to eat (then everything burns at the exit ... not to mention the lips) Imagine that even this disgusting food was not enough, and if you do not have time, you will go hungry In the hotel room, torn curtains sewn At the reception, a worn sofa, a conder works at the reception barely and only near the reception... when our flight was extended, we had to pay extra for the hotel, because in such a heat for three hours we simply could not stand IT, NEITHER WHEN NOR BUY A TICKET TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Attention!!!! CAREFUL TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BEACH AND HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE PHOTOS FROM THE BEACH!!!!!

I just returned from a vacation at this hotel.If you want to relax, you definitely won't go to this hotel. The attitude towards Russians is terrible. They do not achieve anything, they pretend that they do not understand. And the main disadvantage is the beach. It just doesn't exist. A piece of beach with algae extending two meters into the sea. You can't enter the sea from the word at all. Do you want to sunbathe and swim in the sea, to the nearby beach for money. No one is going to clean up this mess.It's just that no one comes here. Groups of children of 40 people are brought to the hotel. It's like going to a pioneer camp. We barely waited for the end of the rest. Everything is a mess. People, take care of your money and nerves. This place is not even worth two stars.
