Great hotel. Good price-quality ratio. The staff is very friendly. Coffee is available in the lobby. A luxurious location. It is located opposite the Vernissage and one minute from Republic Square. There are many excellent inexpensive restaurants nearby. I liked everything very much. We will advise our friends and come again

A nice little hotel. It's clear! Polite reception staff, thank you for communicating in Russian! Thanks for the coffee and the goodies! Thank you for a clean room with no foreign odors! The new one is small, but there was enough space for three, the main goal was to have a place to wash and sleep (we did not come to sit in the room) - the room is perfect for this purpose. You can sit at tables and eat. It is located at the end of the well-known "flea market". But quietly. The air conditioner was working by the way. The refrigerator too ) It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the center.

We stayed at the hotel for a few hours, the staff went to a meeting, which helped us out a lot and the impressions of Yerevan only improved. Thank you very much! The hotel is small, but very cozy. The location is very cool.

A wonderful hotel, convenient location, in the center of Yerevan, literally 500 m from Republic Square. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts. We really liked it. Thanks!!!

Only positive emotions. The staff is very polite and ready to fulfill any request you may have. They will prepare incredibly delicious Armenian coffee. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The breakfasts are very tasty and quite satisfying. I think many people don't have breakfast like that at home. The hotel is very conveniently located, 5 minutes from Republic Square and to the pedestrian street Severny Prospekt. I would like to thank the hotel staff once again and wish them further success and prosperity. Thank you.
