A great quiet place.
Delicious Italian cuisine.
Good service.
Water is poured for free in any amount (very important in the heat).
They do not require payment for maintenance (this is a real disaster for Tashkent).
Seafood risotto (with red caviar) - TOP!
When I was there, they didn't cook for a relatively long time.

For me, the best Italian restaurant. Italian chef Giorgio Bicorni, cooks incomparably. Excellent pasta and good fish dishes. The prices are slightly higher than average, but it's worth it. There are about 50-60 thousand pastes. The main dishes are 120-150 thousand. The service is very good. The atmosphere is very formal. The waiting time is like in restaurants.

I had high hopes for this "little Italy, in the center of Tashkent," but alas.
Disappointment 🥲🤌🏼
We ordered fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and fusilli 4 cheeses.
The serving and taste are sad, as if a person who does not know how to cook decided to discover new abilities for the first time.
The only thing I will praise is the porcini mushrooms - spicy and delicious, and the fettuccine was simply boiled (even without salt).
Fusilli is the same story, they regretted the cheese or instead of the declared 4x - there was only one.
Among the advantages: live music by Italian composers.

The mutton was both uncooked and bitter from the charcoal.

Great classic Italian food! Pasta al dente, carpaccio, olio pepperoncini. Everything is as it should be. Chef Giorgio comes out to chat with the guests. Book tables with sets for the holidays.
L'Opera is a real outlet for expats in Tashkent.

The negative. I do not recommend it!
It's expensive and not very tasty.
Waiters don't know how to work. For example, you can pour water into a dirty glass, after asking why, they will simply leave and leave a glass with an incomprehensible liquid in it.
Caesar salad is not tasty because the sauce is bland, tasteless, some kind of boiled chicken.
Carpaccio with soft cheese is delicious. Probably the only dish that you liked.
Pasta with rabbit seems fine, but also not wow
Risotto with seafood, I also didn't like the rice, not arborio, some kind of local for pilaf.
The eggplant tasted like eggplant caviar from a jar in the store.
The fakacha is delicious.
By the way, hot peppers, spinach, thyme, basil, etc. grow outside.
For all the fun, more than $ 90 "with tea" for two adults with a two-year-old child.
In order to pay with cards and cash, you can sit in your place, if you decide to pay with a card, go to the reception, a trifle, but not pleasant.
